Lucille's Generations Beauty Salon — Local services in Paragould

I was excited to find a salon that I thought I would be able to have a long term relationship with. Instead after scheduling an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a simple hair cut and eyebrow wax, taking time off of work, and arriving for my appointment I find out that the person I was scheduled with wasn't even there. She was out of town for the week and there was zero offer for anyone else to step up and I was told it would be weeks before I could even get another appointment. While I was there I had to prove that I even had the appointment because the stylist didn't even know me. Then the text I received was a half so sorry about this and something about how she had lost all of her calendar and contact information. Yet she was able to text me? Mistakes may happen but there is zero excuse for something like this. This may be a highly rated salon in the area, but there are still others just as highly rated that will welcome me as a long term client and won't suddenly lose calendars and contact...
