I got this couch set that I loved. I was set for a month. Sales person was wonderful the whole time she was making the sale. Month 2, on the 15th, I paid for three weeks. Two days later, my husband sat down on the couch and a board broke. I called the next day (Monday) and was told after they got ahold of the repair man, they would call me back, by close time, the same day. 5:50 in the afternoon, I called them back. (UNPROFESSIONAL) I was then informed that they couldn't get ahold of him and it would be the next morning but, they would call me back when they got ahold of him. As of yesterday, November 7th, 2014, I still had not got a call. The payment was due again so, after working the lovely 3rd shift, I crawled my but out of bed and went and bought new furniture that did not come from RentOne. I called them in the afternoon and asked that they come get their furniture. The manager tried twisting the conversation to put it like I didn't want to pay for the furniture. (UNPROFESSIONAL) Wrong. I had no problem paying for the furniture. I just wasn't paying $2000 for broke furniture that came with no customer service. I politely as possible let her know that yes, she was correct, I had no intention on paying another payment on furniture that was broke and that they had three weeks to repair. I asked her to please come and get it out of my living room because it is unusable. I explained that I went and bought new furniture and that it was paid for and would be here today (Saturday) so I really just needed it gone. She then said that nobody would be able to pick the furniture up until Monday. I said that,was fine, I would set it in my carport until Monday. Who wants to stair at a caved in couch, especially when you've been staring at it, broke down, for three weeks already. (UNPROFESSIONAL) She informed me that if I put it in the carport, and something happened to it, (as if it's not already broke) that I would be responsible for it. (UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE) I told her that it really just needed to be picked up today then. I didn't want it in my house. She told me that they have 3 days to pick it up. (PLEASE JUST COME GET YOUR OVER PRICED JUNK) By this time, I'm tired of arguing with this manager since I've been awake practically 24 hours from working all night then having to go get furniture again, (HOW DID YOU EVEN GET THIS JOB) so I say fine it'll be fine until Monday. I have never had a worse experience with a company before, ever! Would I recommend this place? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Awful management, awful products, worse customer service experience EVER! More then once have i said, what DATES to pay on my stuff and every month they call and harass me telling me my payment is due. Ive told them countless times and i will not do it again!! I got a bed, box springs, mattess and head bored in a bundle deal and i asked the lady who was assiting me at that time how much more would it be on top of my washer n dryer she said it would be cheaper to do a bundle deal inatead of just the mattress, so she said it would come out to ar 300 give or take. So i said, okay. Got that done and put my payment down on it and then this month i go and pat on it and then this lady (short hair, glasses, more heavy set) tells me that my payment is way over 400 and that aint right! And, she said it waa also bc of late fees which obviously shouldnt be on thwre since i have told many different employees there the Dates i can come pay it on and she starts getting rude w me saying how this waa my fault and it was not and i told her i wamted to talk to someone else or im callimg corporate on That whole Place and then she grabs some other lady then looks in their system and tells the other lady w glasses how I DID ALREADY MAKE 2 PAYMENTS ON MY BED and it showed in the system. They were going to come take one of my things away even tho they have ovwr charged me, i have down graded my dryer for a cheaper one, i have even got that protection plan that is honestly outrageous and got pinned w late fees that is 15 bucks every day its late.... WHEN I TOLD THEM WHEN I CAN COME IN AND PAY ON IT! So its their fault and i want something done to where I will not have this issue again or money back for the mess and scamish ways they put me and im sure a lot of others thru. Do not waste your time because they will lie to you about the quality of the merchandise, lie to you about your account being "protected" by their so called protection program and try to take money you have not authorized out off your bank account when you use a debit card to make a payment. I should of returned my merchandise when the problems started but have them multiple chances to make it right. They failed to do so and then lied about working with us when my husband lost his job due to an injury. The so called protection account that was supposed to protect us in the event of an emergency was never given but they were in a hurry to snatch every dollar we had to pay greedily and still proceeded to add fees and overcharged the account even when promised to work with us until my husband was able to return to work. Does anyone know a good attorney? At this point I will be finding an attorney to file a formal complaint against the company as well as requesting a reimbursement of all "protection program" fees since the supposed protection program did not in fact protect us from losing our merchandise in the event of...
