Subway — Restaurant in Paragould

I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was probably the worst takeout order I have ever experienced. My husband and I went through the drive-thru and the young man that took our order was very rude. We pulled up to pay and he snatched the card out of my husband's hand and slammed the window. Then, after waiting 30 minutes we finally get our two subs. We were the only people in line and there was no one in the store for it to have taken that long. Finally, the young man handed us our bag without a word and again slammed the window. My husband and I got home and both are subs we're not made correctly. I can understand if the young man was having a bad day but I myself have also worked in customer service and that was just unacceptable behavior. We went back to get our order replaced and even though we had the receipt and the food in the bag, they refused...

I wish I could straight give this location 0 stars. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a subway. This subways motto should be "will marvelously mess up your order". We waited 25 minutes to receive two very wrong sandwiches after clarifying and repeating our order twice. I cannot comprehend how someone puts more effort into their work to mess it up. I asked for a simple steak and cheese sandwich sub with no extra toppings while my boyfriend and asked for a specialty sub with no olives and I was astounded that there was what looked like every topping on each of these subs. I've eaten here twice. The first time, it was at least somewhat edible. Store was dirty both times. The employees look like street walkers, on crâck. The Indian girl had her sleeve touching my sandwich The whole time she was making it. It was weird too because the way she kept creepily staring at me. I think she KNEW her sleeve was all over my food. She acted upset that I had chosen subway to eat at. The other girls had faded, funky, frizzy blue and purple hair.
