Amapola Deli & Market — Local services in Paramount

My family has been visiting the various Amapola markets for ages. This one is a newer one kinda but it's the same Amapola we all know and love.

The taquitos are incredible and very crunchy! The buche is tasty. The chicharrón carnitas are delicious. I've even tried the Tamales and tripas and they are good as well. You really can't go wrong with much here. I like the customer service of staff too. They are often kind and look like they are happy to be working and represent.

For masa this is the place too. It's just something about their masa that makes tamales extra delicious, almost buttery. Their fresh tortillas are also a must have whether you buy any of their meats or not. Just to have they are a must.

By the way, I went today and there was a line. But it moved very fast. I was totally amazed. They have a great operation going to where even if there is a line the wait is short. Things just keep flowing.

Horrible place literally every time I come I get the worst service from either the ladies despachando the carnitas or the lady in the bakery! I called today because I wanted to make an order for 20 breads for tomorrow, and the lady told me I have to place the order a day before, so I told her I would go in a little because i was on my way home from work at 6:40pm she told me they close at 8pm. I get there 7:30pm and she’s telling me they’re already closed after I had literally just talked to her🤦🏻‍♀️ if they close at 8pm why can’t they just write my order down for the next day? It’s not like I wanted the bread for today! they want to be on the clock but not doing nothing! There’s always something with...

I ORDERD A CAKE AND I SPOKE TO THE GUY WHO DOES THE CAKE. THE LADY TAKING MY ORDER AND HELPING ME OUT ASKED ME EXACTLY HOW I WANTED IT AND WHAT DESIGNES I SHOWED HER THE PICTURE AND EXPLAINED TO HER HOW IT WOULD BE, SHE GAVE ME A NUMBER SO I CAN TEXT THE PICTURE AND ADD THE ORDER NUMBER SO THAT THEY CAN SEE THE PICTURE WHILE MAKING IT. I ORDERD IT 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE I JUST PICKED UP MY CAKE AND ITS NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT I ASKED FOR. THE COLOR WAS SAPPOSE TO BE PUROLE QITH BLACK AND PINK AND THEY PUT GREY!!!
