Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Gate

I would frequent this location a lot with my kids, I never experienced anything bad here. Today my husband and I decided to meet up here to eat... a date. He arrived first and waited for me as he didn’t want to order for me. He needed to use the restroom and asked for the key. The boy at the register rudely said “only for customers” and gave him the cold shoulder, turned around and ignored him. My husband explained he will be eating here but was waiting for me. Still, he was denied access to the restroom and ignored. My husband was ignored until I arrived and explained to the manager there needs to be a sign up stating “for customers only”. Regardless being a customer or not, there is no need for him to be ignored and treated less than. The manager explained all locations have this policy, I told him I understood it, but no other location was as rude as this kid was. Find a different profession if can’t...

Horrible horrible service, walked to the front of the ordering window. Was never acknowledged by the girl taking the orders, she sees me and never once comes to the sliding window and says nothing. 13 mins later I understand she’s busy but I knock on the other window and the person making the food opens. I asked him if they were open for Carry out and he said yes. I said the girl seems to not want to help me. She screams out so loud “well we are busy”. I tell her all I wanted was a drink slush. And she said “oh well the machine is not working” she could’ve told me that 15 mins ago by that time. Literally would’ve taken seconds to ask me to wait and I could’ve asked about the drink. I ordered 1 taco, in the app, 5 min later I arrive, I check in, and there's an employee rounding up a water hose in the middle of the drive through and instead of picking up and moving it to the side and continuing, he sits in the middle making me wait almost 3 minutes. Then I wait at the window another couple minutes waiting for 1 taco.... then I pull out the taco and wouldn't you know it. It's not wrapped right and someone placed it upside down so all the cheese falls out. Was he in a rush and still took 10 min to make 1 taco? Should be fired. Or did he not care that my food was not wrapped and upside down? Should be fired. Or he doesn't know not to put a taco upside down.. try eating a taco... upside down....The employee had a super saiyan hair do and obviously spend more time on his hair than training...
