We have been using Hidden Gem Landscaping’s services for a couple of years now and let me just tell you how lucky we are to have found them to work on our yard. Alejandro and his team are knowledgable and reliable and get the work done great. We already did a few projects with them and they did not disappoint. We also hired them to maintain our yards because we trust their work. Their rate is reasonable. Invoices are sent to your email. Services done are itemized so you know what’s done and its corresponding costs. Rude and unprofessional. His team did some basic grass cutting for us one time and then we agreed to larger projects including more landscaping to change our yard to a drought tolerant one and trimming of trims but he disappeared. Said he was busy, no problem I get it, but even when I have him the 2-3 weeks he needed to focus on other projects, he stopped replying to any messages. So while I think he can do good work based off the basic grass cutting, the customer service is severely lacking. If you're not one of his bigger projects, he has no time to complete the work he agreed to do nor does he have time to even reply to you. Don't waste your time. Go with someone else who both does a good job AND cares about your business to not disappear on you....
