this place is shitty. Don’t let your water get turned off. They charge you twice what your bill is to turn your water back on and all it takes is one minute. They don’t even give you no time or nothing that same day in the morning they turn off your water Just robbing people. Where do the extra money go to their packets my bill way 80 it cost 160 to get turn back on had someone there to pay the bill will not accept it talking about it was already about to get turn off but give you till thur the 21st but it’s at 9 am on the 21st i know i just can’t be the first one then tell you pay before 12 to get it turned back on I wish it was wichita water company they would not do...

Every time I come here there are 2 or 3 women in the back doing nothing and one at the window for the utility bill. Today I came in and there were 2 women and 1 was helping a guest the other one just sitting there on her computer told me the other woman would help me after she finished. It’s been 15 minutes and I’m still waiting. Pretty pathetic that she couldn’t help just to let me swipe my card to make the payment. Do better.
