I ordered here one time and I didn't like the food so I never came back. It is fresh but it didn't taste as good as other places with the same food. I still would do delivery orders here and the owner is very rude to delivery drivers. She treats all of us like theives having us confirm order. I can understand that to a certain extent but once you've delivered for her over 20 times and she still treats you like you're gonna steal the food that's just too much. Twice now she has tried to hand me the food into a box instead of bagging it. I can understand if this had like 10 plates that would be considered a large order but not when there is only 4 plates. Delivery drivers are expected to use a hot bag and we can't fit an unnecessary box into a hot bags. I asked very nicely if I can have this into a bag because I need to fit it into my hot bag and that we have to send in a photo of our hot/ pizza bags to prove we are keeping the food hot. She just instantly started yelling at me. I told her there is no reason for her to yell at me like this when I asked very nicely. She's like you can't even fit all this into your bag in the first place which I did and even if I couldn't I have more than one bag. Then she said then you're going to have to wait for me to bag it and let the customers food sit there even longer while she went and did other things. The cashier who was doing nothing but standing there could have bagged the piece but didn't. I've been doing delivery jobs for over 4 years and never had this happen. The customer doesn't want your trash boxes just because you're trying to save money on bags. I will not be accepting any orders from here which I'm sure that's what they wanted anyways because she tried to tell me to leave and then another driver would come. I told her I can't do that because it would bring down my completion rate which will deactivate me. I have 5 stars from all my customers and I have a 100 percent completion rate. I've done over 3000 deliveries and I'm not going to let a merchant ruin my ratings because they have too much pride to simply put something into a bag when...
Read moreOkay, I understand the lack of restaurants in the area, let alone Chinese restaurants, but this was not remotely good or passable to eat. The food & health inspection needs to get in there ASAP. I ordered the beef with broccoli combo at lunch time. I waited about 25min for the food to come out. I opened the box and was immediately disappointed with the appearance of the food. The rice looked like some 3rd world food store white-persons guide to making fried rice, it was yellowish and uniform color between all the rice grains, which means the directions read: add oil, rice, and seasoning packet with packet of vegetables and heat on hight until gross. The meat which was supposed to be beef, but looked like some intestinal concoction. I bravely tried one piece of "beef meat"... Keeping my composure intact for politeness, chose not to spit it back into the box. The first thought while biting into the meat was "Please show me the cow this came from." It looked like a slimy grey noodle shaped like a cut of beef that had been soaking in a sewer puddle for months then microwaved to give it that rubbery texture. It tasted like phosphates and used shoe insoles. Never going back even if it's free, even if they pay me I will...
Read moreI love coming here. Always very nice, always wants to make sure everything is to the upmost satisfaction. They are very kind and above everything want you to enjoy their food. Everyone has a different preference for Asian cuisine. More soy sauce, less veggies, more egg, etc. I think the food is just wonderful for all the time eating. I have tried a lot of the menu. I have food allergies and they are always accommodating (I don't ask for the moon and the stars due to my allergy to shrimp, just reasonable request on combination meals). The wings are absolutely amazing and decent sized for the price. I wish I new the magic behind them. Egg drop soup, yum, lo mein is differently delicious, Singapore Rice Noodle is curry filled goodness and Mongolian Beef is "wow" on the taste buds. The white sauce isn't my cup of tea, but I never liked it anywhere anyways. Double Happiness is always a favorite for my husband and sweet and sour anything is fried wonderfully. Not greasy like other places. All the appetizers are delicious. My husband loves the crab ragoon, again expertly fried. All in all, this place is a great place to go, decent prices with fresh...
