Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Park City

There were 5 adults and 1 kid and it was not busy at all this was around 720. So they come and take our order 1 person ordered a medium pizza 1 ordered a pzone the kid ordered personal pan pizza 3 ordered sandwiches we ordered breadsticks and 2 orders of Garlic Knots. They bring out the breadsticks in a timely fashion then here comes the medium pizza about 20 mins later then 10 minutes later here comes the pzone and personal pan 15 mins later they bring out the garlic Knots still haven't gotten any sandwiches. 10 mins after we get the garlic knots they bring out the ham sandwich and everyone that had the pizzas and pzone are done eating and we are still missing 2 sandwiches. At 830 1 of us goes and see where the other 2 sandwiches are they are getting ready to bring them out so I get my buffalo chicken sandwich and it's hot the other person gets their honey bbq sandwich and its cold but she didn't want to send it back because who knows how long she would have to wait for another sandwich. I have worked at a pizza hut before and there is know reason why the food did not come out together. The sandwiches are the quickest things to make they should have at least been out before the pizza and pzone. I would not recommend eating at that pizza hut unless you want to wait an hour to get your food when they aren't even busy I would hate to see how long we would have had to wait if...

Well for starters would be nice if they would advertise the back room is a party room only. Instead of wide open, on a slow day - maybe they could just close the doors completely. I have a family of 6 and their tables in the main dining area only accommodate four... well, since i have a larger then normal size family, we dont dine in ever, and there are no signs that state that the room is off limits- we sat down back there. We were confronted and told in a rude condescending manner that those tables were off limits and reserved only for large parties. It was Sunday, 12 pm, and they were empty. The tables back there seat 7, we were a party of 6.... duh.... there was no large crowds the whole time we were there and i spend the whole time with my family of 6 crammed in a booth that barely fits 4 and treated rude the...

I understand they close at 10pm. But if I can put on an order then it’s not to late. So my order was put in at 9:36pm on Thursday 6/20/2024. It said 14 mins it would be ready. I don’t live far I got there about 9:45pm. The doors were locked. I seen a male employee sitting by the dining area on his phone. Giving no care a family is trying to get the order they knew I was coming for my order obviously ! So I go to the drive thru. Ring the bell 3 times before a female employee decided to answer the window. I got my food at 9:56pm. We order from there often. This is the first time service has sucked this bad. Don’t get me started on the wings lol. I’m having trouble uploading the photo of my 2 sauced wings! Update…I was contacted and my food order was made rite! I appreciate management taking time to listen and fix...
