I am disabled on a fixed income, I had saved money for a couple months to get one, well I got the VM stick 18,, I paid $40 which shouldnt be so bad, but I bought it at end of Jan, by Feb 23rd, I switch out cool and put it back together, it starts blinking, but it will not do anything else, new coil in and blinking lights,, well took it back with receipt, I was told that it wont work something is wrong, that the only way I could have gotten a refund is if it was within a week of buying it, unopened and still brand new,, well I was also told that there are some that dont even last a week, but they arent unopened so no refund or replacement,, you take a big chance just giving ur money away if you buy from them, that's how I was treated and what I understood.i will never buy or recommend them...

I've been there three times, all of which have been horrible experiences. I need some e-liquid, other than drip liquid. They acted as if I was an idiot because I didn't "drip". I explained that I did, but I needed something OTHER THAN DRIP LIQUID. The guys working there were all about blowing clouds and being cool, which was a major turn-off to ever going there again. I don't know of any other stores nearby, so when I need to get my supplies I dread going there. Very unprofessional, very cocky, and just a lame excuse for a vape shop. If they just acted more interested in helping customers instead of showing off, then they would have a much wider range...

I’m a new vaper and had gotten a recommendation for this shop. The guy that waited on me recommended only one product, I agreed thinking it would fit my needs, and he left to get it. He kept waiting on other customers and coming back to ask if I’m ready. He said he was going to get it, but waited on other customers and finally came back to me without it again. After about 20-30 minutes I finally got it, but I received no instructions. The box had no manual and when I went back to ask I was told there was nothing they could do about that. Maybe a good place for veteran vapers, but in my experience it’s not a good...
