listen, I have lived in the neighborhood as long as this restaraunt has been open. I enjoy the pizza and the pasta regularly. my previous rating was and will be 5 stars after I receive a reply from an owner or manager. we had an issues tonight that was handled HORRIBLY by the waitress who's daughter was answering phones. We ordered a steak deluxe sandwich like we have many times before. I live less than a quarter or a mile behind the store so we picked it up and went straight home and the sandwich was a soggy mess. we did not eat a single bite . we closed the box and drove right back and called the restaraunt to let them know we weren't happy with the quality of food and would like it to be remade. we were accused of tampering with the food and was told " We didn't do that". after receiving this ridiculous attitude from this female server we just asked for a refund. we were told " it's voided. it's done." dissatisfied with the attitude we received we asked for a receipt showing the refund and they could not provide it! we were told " We don't usually do this so we don't know how." ......what kind of restaraunt can't provide a receipt showing the transaction amount and a credit card being refunded ? we left without food and a cash refund. I will be happy to change my review back to 5 stars once this is recognized. you need to be aware of what your customers are being greeted with when an issue occurs. and not being able to process a refund is something that needs to...

We’ve been eating here since we were kids, but haven’t realistically eaten here in over 20+ years. We decided to take out from here because last month I ordered pizza delivery from here and the pizza was amazing. Perfect cheese to bread ratio and that nice little crisp to the dough. Along with a tasty yet not to sweet pizza sauce. Just yum!! So we did take out lunch, I got the chicken franchese lunch potion with side salad, hub got the steak sub with peppers and onions and we got 6 garlic rolls. The chicken was a wonderful portion, lemon sauce was very lemony and buttery, the salad was nice and crisp. The sub has quality meat, good portion size with nice peppers and onions. The garlic rolls were drooling 🤤 over good, so much garlic and almost bite size, perfect pairing for the meal. And so tasty! I litterly crave them now!!!! The bill was $32 for those 3 items, grated it’s not cheap, but it’s quality, so I’m happy to spend the $$ here again soon! Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted and told I could sit anywhere I liked. They got me a menu, a drink, and took my order all with no wait. My lasagna dinner included garlic rolls and a choice of soup or salad. I opted for the soup, and had a generous portion of Pasta e fagioli. While waiting for my dinner, I observed a small but efficient kitchen, took note of the classic pizzeria interior—complete with Tiffany table lamps bearing their namesake in stained glass. The lasagna was tasty, plenty of cheese and a hearty meat sauce. The background music was exactly the type of music I’d expect, although from where I was seated I could hear audio from two different speakers and they were slightly off sync from each other creating a sort of echo that could certainly irritate audiophiles.
