Horrible horrible customer service!!! Went in to try and figure out why my first bill was so high and the guy that “helped” assisted for about 10 min. (Mind you I am the only customer in the store) couldn’t figure out why my bill was about $50 more than it should have been, shook his head said “ must be some surcharges or extra fee’s added on. You can call customer care and try to get it back but good luck!”. I asked what do you mean good luck and his response “like I said it’s probably surcharges or extra fees that got messed up when you placed your online order but more than likely they will not refund you.” I asked him isn’t it his job to figure out why they are trying to charge extra and all he did was shake his head no, wave his hand towards the exit and stated call corporate and then refused to help. It took them a few months and him calling them for us to get $300. They said the phone was “probably damaged” and thats why we didnt get the full $1000. So we had them remove the $300 credit so they could give us the $1000 which took a while to show up but it’s there now. Just make sure that you have all the information if you’re going to take advantage of promotion like this so that if anything goes wrong you can still get your money. No harm no foul.
