I started going to the Gym on Main back in October of last year, and I can honestly tell you that it was the best choice I have ever made. I love the environment! It’s very slow pace and most days it is not to crowded. The people are so friendly and the staff are so professional. I also started working with the trainer there shortly after joining. Lynsey is beyond AMAZING! She has taught me so many things and helped me on this lifestyle change that I have endeavored on. She teaches so much body positivity and loving yourself and also pushes you to lift those weights and try new things and get out of that comfort zone. I have seen such a difference in myself and it is honestly owed to the Gym on Main and Lynsey! So happy this gym is part of the little town that...

We just signed up and had one of the best gym experiences ever! Lots of equipment for a smaller sq footage gym! I was able to find everything I needed. Not too busy. The manager Lynsey was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and even went out of her way to help me with some logistical issues I was experiencing outside of the gym. Couldn’t be happier! 100%...

Honestly I'm pretty upset about what happened here, I'm from out of town and we drove down 20 minutes from Brian head just for there to be a sign that said it was members only but I wanted to call and make sure, she didn't pick up so I caller again 15 minutes later and she didn't pick up again:( pretty frustrating and 10/10...

💪 Reaching New Heights of Physical Health that I never expected.💪 Meet my abs. I’m actually just meeting them for the first time as well. I had no idea they existed so I’d never planned on meeting them😳. A true testament to what’s possible when you focus on building muscle and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, no matter your age or stage of life. 🌟 How did this happen? I have a few guesses 😉 1. Consistent Strength Training: Regular workouts with weights and resistance bands to challenge and grow muscles. 2. Balanced Nutrition: High-protein diet with essential nutrients to fuel muscle repair and growth. 3. Active Lifestyle: Staying active throughout the day, incorporating movement beyond just gym sessions. 4. Proper Recovery: Prioritizing rest and recovery to allow muscles to rebuild stronger. Why It Works: • Boosts Metabolism: Muscle mass increases resting metabolic rate, helping to burn more calories even at rest. • Improves Bone Density: Essential for women, especially during menopause, to prevent osteoporosis. • Enhances Overall Health: Better posture, increased strength, and reduced risk of chronic diseases. Believe in Your Strength Age is just a number, and with dedication and the right approach, you can achieve incredible physical health and strength at any stage of life. 🌸 I’ve never seen my abs….. ever! They just appeared one day about 4 years from the start of my journey. This is a sign to me that even though I am 4 years older than when I started on this health journey, I’m also 4 years healthier and stronger. 💪🏼 This is an invitation to believe in what your body is capable of. 🌟 Calling all fertile, peri and post-menopausal women and the men who love them. 🌟 Want to unlock the secret to better physical and mental health? Look no further than building muscle! 💪 💡 Science-backed research shows that muscle plays a crucial role in improving both physical and mental well-being, especially during puberty, fertile, and peri and post-menopausal stages. Here’s how: 1️⃣ **Physical Strength and Function**: Building muscle through strength training helps maintain hormonal balance by keeping the body insulin sensitive it supports the body with these hormonal stages. Plus, it enhances overall physical strength and function, making everyday tasks easier and reducing the risk metabolic diseases. 2️⃣ **Metabolic Health**: Muscle is metabolically active tissue, meaning it burns calories even at rest. By increasing muscle mass, you can boost your metabolism, improve insulin sensitivity, and better manage weight and blood sugar levels, crucial for preventing metabolic conditions like diabetes and PCOS. 3️⃣ **Hormonal Balance**: Strength training has been shown to positively influence hormone levels, including estrogen and testosterone, which can help alleviate symptoms like painful periods, hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep disturbances during these stages. 4️⃣ **Mood and Mental Health**: Exercise, including strength training, releases endorphins, serotonin, and other neurotransmitters that improve mood and reduce stress and anxiety. Building muscle not only strengthens your body but also boosts your mental resilience, supports a healthy gut and overall well-being. 5️⃣ **Longevity and Quality of Life**: Studies have found that maintaining muscle mass is associated with a longer lifespan and better quality of life as you age. 🚫 Stop the Yo-Yo Dieting Cycle! 🚫 Did you know that yo-yo dieting can wreak havoc on your skeletal muscle mass and metabolic health? 📉 When you repeatedly lose and regain weight, your body loses more muscle mass with each cycle. Research shows that up to 40% of weight lost during dieting can come from muscle instead of fat. This loss is critical because muscle is a metabolic powerhouse – it burns more calories at rest than fat does. 🔥 Losing muscle slows down your metabolism, making it harder to keep weight off long-term and increasing the likelihood of weight regain. Studies suggest that those who engage in yo-yo dieting have a higher body fat percentage and a greater risk of metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes. 📊 Instead of extreme diets, focus on sustainable lifestyle changes that support muscle retention and metabolic health. Incorporate strength training and ensure you’re consuming enough protein to maintain your muscle mass. 💪 🌟🌟Join our fall group and finally learn how to lose weight for the last time! 🔗🔗🔗link in bio🔗🔗🔗 or DM me for direct link👊🏼 #MuscleMatters #StopYoYoDieting #MetabolicHealth #StrengthTraining #HealthyLifestyle #SustainableWeightLoss #WellnessJourney #FitnessGoals #HealthTips #NutritionFacts #HealthyLiving #DietingMyths #MetabolismBooster #BodyComposition #fitforlife💪👊👍
