Redstone Gardens — Local services in Parsippany-Troy Hills

Maintenance work was still going on on 5th day from my moving date. they promised to give ready to move in and upon suggesting them that you can have your time to finish all work then i will move in but they said it will be ready but it was not and intentionally charged me 1 week rent. wrong way to earn money.

tons of maintenance work left and i have pictured and emailed but no-one is responding even i have visited leasing office 4 times by 3pm and it shows open board but no one is in there and no call backs and no replies on my email.

There are bugs flies and silver fish started coming as they have never have done a pest control before i moved in. Very poor customer service but they will be eager to charge money to you and also they are charging very premium rents and facilities and customer service are like below average.

STAY AWAY!! Worst apartment complex bed bugs, roches.The one who supposed to check the apartments racist man who always touching our stuff in our balcony throw it out our belongings when were not home very disrespectful never seen anything like this in my entire life . ., when it comes to tenants needing help with apartment repairs, they push you aside once you pay your rent. Constantly called the office and was left multiple times waiting for maintance. It’s been 2 months and 2 of 5 apartment repairs have been done. Don’t choose these apartments. disasters in service.. help less maintenance and full of attitude even they charge decent amount as rents.. not sure how could this apartment passing annual inspection.. i don’t recommend this.. place...

I am extremely disappointed with the snow removal at Redstone Gardens. The sidewalks, steps, and parking areas are never salted or cleared first thing in the morning. Instead, shoveling happens much later in the day, which is dangerous and inconvenient. This is especially frustrating for tenants who are nurses, doctors, or blue-collar workers who need to get to work early. By 8:30 AM, nothing has been done to ensure safe passage.

Thank God I have my own shovel and salt, and I was able to clear and treat my steps because I didn’t want to risk falling. Meanwhile, the neighboring complex prioritizes their tenants by starting snow removal much earlier. This situation needs to be addressed immediately to better serve...
