Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Parsippany-Troy Hills

if I could write a Zero review, I would. i brought in a decent sized group of 9 people. We had called houra earlier to ensure it would be okay as they do not take reservations.

we waited at the station for 20 minutes with no sign of any staff.

We finally got seated and got our beverages.  but then the wait staff disappeared.

after 2 hours, we still hadnt seen any food.

twice, i got up and and walked around the entire restaurant and could not find any one except for a very busy bartender.

finally a waitress came out of the back and i asked her to send a manager to come see me.

our waitress then showed up and told us the food would be right out (it was not).

i told the manager we had been there for 2 hours and no food. he just shrugged and said he would look into it.

suddenly,  all the food came out at once - appetizers and mains. but it was alll cold as if it was sitting for awhile.

i  called for the manager again and he never even apologized.

his manners were terrible. and his expressions made it very clear that he didn't care.

he said he could have it remade, but we had already been there two hours. i asked if it could just be canceled because we wanted to leave. he said he could only do 20% discount because it would come out of his pocket

i point blank told him that it woukd either way when i call corporate.

I started chewing into him. I told him that his demeanor was terrible and he seemed to not care at all. he tried telling me that i should have asked for someone the moment i had concerns. but there were no employees to speak to on the floor! he just kept saying "you're already angry so nothing i do or say will help" who wouldnt be mad waiting 2 hours for cold food!!

he obviously didnt care. i even told him that. he started arguing with me.

we eventually walked out entirely and went to the nearest Applebee's. where we saw another table that had walked out on the same buffalo wild wings as us.

the worst part is that i am a retail manager and i was taking my team out for a well earned treat.

so i know exactly how little effort he was putting into his job

This was probably the 5th or 6th time ive been to this BWW and it will probably be the last. We went for the 430 football games and got there a little early (400) to catch the end of the early games. We were sat right away, a few minutes later out waitress came over and took our drink order and we also put in an appetizer order. The drinks (1 water and 1 coke) didnt come out for about 20minutes which we downed right away bc were thirsty from waiting. A few minutes later the nachos came out. After that, it took us another 30minutes before we saw our waitress again to get a refill. Not only that, but only 1 of the tv's were on one of the late games (others had soccer, NCAAB, HS football, skateboarding) and it had no audio. It was the audio for the recap of all the 100 games. It took us until 450 to get our 1st refill and ask our waitress to get all the football games on tv. She didnt know what to do and said she wpuld have her manager come over. He got it right....... But then continued to change ALL OF THE TVs for another 10min which made it almost as worse as it originally was. As i was walking out, I still couldnt understand why i tipped her 20% when her service was bad and the experience was worse. If you want to go to BWW, the Rockaway NJ location is only 10-15away and thats a much better location (experience wise). The only reason we didnt go there was bc we were trying to meet at a location a little more central for...

A few of us had EMT training on Sat and after decided to hit BWW after. There was maybe 25 guests in there at that time, but once we got seated, it took over 20mins to get our drink(beer) order in, by the time our waitress came to our table, after asking a couple times, where they were... Finally after giving our drink(beer) order, it was at least another 15 to 20mins wait to receive them, once again asking the bartender etc what was happening....we were told more than once that "they got slammed earlier and now playing catch up" Which seemed pretty funny as all we had ordered so far were 4 beers and some water... Next finally after getting the beers, we ordered our food. Guess what? Another 20 to 30 min wait. At this point we were ready to just leave. But when we were going to, our food came out... Which take a guess, one order was "wrong" the dry rub wings Came out as hot wings lol... And the salad that was ordered with "chicken" was basically what looked like a frozen piece of chicken that had been microwaved... It wouldn't even cut with a fork, it was so hard and nasty lol... Worst experience at a BWW ever, don't go...
