Baldwin Bagels — Restaurant in Parsippany-Troy Hills

We have been customers of Baldwin Bagels for years. We noticed a decline in service and food quality after covid. The food quality has become subpar at best, overpriced and the women at the counter always make you feel like you are bothering them. We have always tolerated the attitudes as there really aren't any other places nearby like this. Today we called in our order. A man answered, I told him we wanted to place a pick up order. I gave him our order, he then passed the phone to one of the women who works at the counter. They hung up. Tried calling back and it was busy. When we finally got through again, we gave our order again to the same woman we had just spoken to. She told us our number was 38. When we arrived to pick up our order, one of the two women who are always at the counter, took out her order pad, looked at us. I said we are here to pick up an order. She then proceeded to take care of the woman behind us. In Spanish, she said to the lady, "Hi Elane, What can I get you", the women behind us then said in Spanish, "what about them" , the woman at the counter then proceeded to say as she smirked at us, it's OK, they can wait" Perhaps she assumed we did not understand what she was saying. We did. We then waited for her to take care of the women behind us. The women who always has an attitude, always seems bothered that works at the counter could use some courses in hospitality and customer service. You should also be careful what you say, you never know who can understand you. We will never go back to Baldwin Bagels. Total...

The customer service here is terrible the female cashier taking orders always has an attitude. Never have I seen her greeting anyone with a smile. I ordered on the phone and they gave me a number. I came straight to the register to pick up my order there was another young man taking orders and asked me if I order I replied yes, and then he walked away from me And completely ignored me. It wasn’t into the store was almost empty that the female cashier Asked me what was my order after standing there for 15 minutes. My order was done before I got there. She retrieved it from the back of a ripped bag and proceeded to put it in another bag then I asked her was my order there the whole time she said yes turn her head to the side and apologize (extremely condescending )it was the worst apology I have ever heard. The guys making the food are quick and I really do like the food but because of the customer service , I very rarely come. this experience was really Bad And they really didn’t care that I refuse to take the sandwich that was sitting there for God knows how long and all she...

Worst place to grab a bagel in the history of all the morris county news papers. I think one time i had hair in bagel and almost threw up. Worst atmosphere i've seen in this whole entire town almost like a black cloud has entered the room. It's a shame because my business has spent a lot of money here in the past. The one lady there looks like she has an attitude every time i order something and repeats it like 7 times and sometimes seems like they cant make what you modify on the order... You can't really sit in this place because if you do your gonna be looking at the parking lot their isn't nothing to look at lol. Just overall this place needs to do better with treating people better with respect or close their curtains. The cooks in there work hard and make great food but whoever is the host ruins it for...
