If your a woman don't expect them to treat you like you have a brain. This guy's computer didn't tell him what part I needed. I was there for a small linkage bushing for for my shifter cable witch is sold in a multi pack and he acted as if he didn't know what I needed. I was holding the item in my hand asking him and he kept saying he didn't know I needed to bring the old one in. We are talking about a small broken plastic piece that is probably gone because we'll it's under the car and he was not introduced in selling it to me. In my opinion he probably wanted to order me some expensive factory GMC part or sell me the whole cable instead. I think I'm gonna have to stay just with auto zone they have always put me first to all the other auto parts places gossiping with other customers and I over heard what they were talking about because I was waiting for someone to wait on me now I called ahead thank the lord and finally one of the gentleman working the counter came up and waited me up but I had talked to Larry several times( he knows what he is expected to do and that's help us senior citizens who have not kept up on the technology of todays automobiles but we try) and he helped me several times if you.needed something and your not quite sure what is he can direct you.personally I can trust his knowledge. A large clean parking lot out front. Easy to park on see off of the main road. They have a lot of items to repair cars or to clean cars. The employees are very helpful and try very hard to accommodate you. They can also check certain items for you to see if they're working or they're bad. That's a big help you don't need to bring it to an expensive repair shop if you just have a light that's on in your dash. They do have some coupons so if you're going to make a large purchase I recommend looking for the coupons. If they don't have something they might be able to order it for you.
