United States Postal Service — Local services in Parsons

Employees are lying about attempting delivery at 8-9 in the morning when the mail doesn’t run until 12. When confronted they say USPS doesn’t provide their own vehicles so it is up to them. Therefore there isn’t enough room for packages. They lie and put attempted as to not be in violation of their contract. Amazon is investigating. I will continue filing complaints with OIG, Amazon, and Customer care for every package. I’m not on the payroll and I cannot continually make it to the post office by 430 everyday. When confronted the last time and informed it was fraud, they were very unprofessional and gave the same “no room” excuse. Absolutely horrible. I will get notices that my package is out for delivery and it was delivered to the post office, and days go by before I receive it. Ordered a Father's Day gift well in advance and for the last 4 days it has said it was delivered to the Parson's post office and has not been delivered. Just got a notice that it was marked as delivered, yet I have been home all day and it has never arrived. Called Amazon and they stated that it was marked as delivered by the post office, so they lost it and just marked it as delivered which is fraud. Absolutely terribly unprofessionally ran establishment. I've had deliveries delivered days later and they were literally 'out for delivery' if you try to call and ask about a package. They put the phone off the hook to keep from talking to customers. They recently hired a new driver that literally almost ran me off the road a few weeks ago on my way home from work. She had apparently just left my house and and was literally driving on the wrong side of the road! I had to almost take the ditch. Mail will sometimes be delivered really late at night.
