My husband and I purchased a car from this dealer, the process took a very long time because there are literally only 3 guys there. The owner does all the financial paperwork and has the manager running back and forth with a printed paper of the deal details for the loan, which did not include the term length nor the interest rate. They seemed really indifferent as far as customer service, the manager told my husband I was pushy while I was standing there! (I was telling him I can not commit to a loan without all the details...and I was not moving forward without all the details, had I not they would have signed the loan with a 24% interest rate!) So because it was so late on a Friday and Easter weekend we had to get the insurance cards on Monday morning and go back for the car, which was fine. I get there to pick up the car about 4:30 pm and he asked for an additional document of lien holder on the insurance, my insurance closes at 5pm, so luckily I was able to get that done but I was so mad because if I had showed up later they wouldn't have let me drive the new car home, and I live an hour and 15 minutes away. They made this whole experience so difficult it felt like pulling teeth to get the information in small bits from them. So, now I have the car and I figured I could get my account registered online for making payments...think again. There is no way to see your account balance, manage your payments or anything! its literally just a tab on their website that you can make a check payment, and don't be fooled, it shows 3 steps, where step 2 says you move on to confirm before submitting but even that is misleading as well, step 3 is your receipt! I suggest having your own financing ready to take with you before purchasing from them if you decide they have a car you...

Worst place ever. This man is so nasty and ALWAYS has an attitude with me. He took my things I left in the car and threw it away after 3 years of it sitting there.....then said I had 60 days from when we left the car there to get it. So why after 3 years throw it away? I told him nobody informed me about it he replied well I don’t deal with you I deal with your grandfather and I responded my name is on the registration also so I should have been informed about you throwing away my belongings. It’s didnt belong to my grandfather it belonged to me. He said you know what you breach your contact and I have another call on the line and you call me out of nowhere......I’m like am I supposed to call you at certain times of the day because your business hours are until 8pm. He hung up in my face. When I say highly unprofessional highly unprofessional. I appreciate you letting us leave the car but you have absolutely no right to speak to people that way regardless of who is paying on the car. I never breach my contract. He’s so nasty and I don’t ever recommend anyone buying a car from here. They are about to shut down and it’s going to be taken over by Hertz rental car company because he doesn’t make enough sales to stay there and when he does he scams people. I paid 1200 to go get my car off the lot. I will have to bring the police because I know for a fact he will give me a hard time. But he will act differently when law enforcement is around. BEWARE DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! I left a great review before but after having my car for less than a year I have had and still need things fixed on the car! I recommend you take the car to another mechanic before you purchase! It’s almost as if they sold me the car knowing I would have to pay them to get all the problems fixed! I thought they were so helpful but, now I just feel like they played me and still trying to get money out of me. SMH! Just don’t be like me and just fully what you are purchasing before hand! Responds: you and I both know that buying an entire battery for a car I had less than a year is a lot also I am leasing this car, I wish the battery is all that’s wrong, we talked about all the other problems that was going on with the car before it’s year mark. We talked about the lock on the passenger side not working, the door handle on the drivers side that you all tried to glue together, coming apart, AC not working, now the car needs a new compressor! All head lights needs to be replaced. On top of already buying a new battery. All within the first year! This is not my first BMW it was three years before I needed anything done to my previous BMW.
