I want to begin by saying that the customer service at this location was truly excellent. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and efficient, which made my visit start off on a very positive note. The staff handled my order quickly and with a great attitude, so I really appreciate that level of service.Unfortunately, the food itself was very disappointing and did not meet expectations. I ordered a few items, including some chalupas with steak and two Doritos tacos. The main issue came with the taco shells — they tasted stale, extremely hard, and rough, as if they had been sitting out too long or were expired. When I bit into them, they were not crispy in a fresh way but rather dense and unpleasantly crunchy. The flavor was also off, with the Doritos taco in particular tasting flat and old instead of having that bold flavor it usually does.Because of this, I wasn’t able to enjoy or even finish my meal. The chalupas had potential, and the fillings seemed fine, but the stale shells completely ruined the overall flavor and texture. I understand that sometimes things happen during busy hours or that ingredients may not always be checked as often as they should be, but this experience made the food almost inedible.I think it would really help if a proper quality check could be done on the food items, especially the taco shells and Doritos shells. It seems like there might be an issue with how the shells are being stored, or perhaps they’re being kept too long before being served. Making sure the ingredients are always fresh and properly maintained would make a big difference in the quality of the food.Overall, I want to emphasize again that the customer service was amazing — every employee I interacted with was kind and professional. My only complaint is the quality of the food itself, which didn’t match the great service I received. I hope management can address these food storage or freshness issues so that future customers can have a better...
Read moreThe Re-New rolled chicken tacos with pretty good guacamole or how can you not like nacho cheeese dip, is a nice addition to whatever else you're getting or the 4 pack is enough to call lunch for a regular appetite. Personally, I'd add a beefy frito burrito for a buck!
Read moreThis place had the atmosphere of walking into a robots belly, but without anything remotely interesting except how dull it was. Let me be clear I am writing this from a viewpoint as a business owner and someone who has been in marketing for some time. I hope this message reaches franchise owners of Taco Bell. First of all the tap to order screens, those should be optional, like self check out at grocery stores. They are a bit "out of touch" (no pun intended) for the older clientele, or just simple human factor. I guarantee too much of this will actually bring down sales, ironically since I know these machines are placed to replace human pay, this makes the drive thru main priority, and in store customers 2nd. *boring. The bathrooms were locked, very inconvenient since all the staff was in the back behind the kitchen walls taking care of drive thru. The whole experience felt like a fadish dystopian wish, a corporate experiment from the lamest sales meeting ever. I honestly felt bad for the employees as they seemed to know this environment sucks, quite literally. Please bring this specific Taco Bell back from the belly of the robot beast, breath some life into this place. ..also, I got like 1 ounce of beef in my taco..?? *the new green avocado...
