They sell fake air bars. Asked if they were real before I paid was told yes they were not knock offs like gas stations sell. Paid then was asked to try before leaving opened box and saw no serial number on bottom. Asked for a refund was offered another fake air box no refund. Left the counterfeit air box there and will be filing a claim with my bank. Counterfeit tobacco products cause more disease and sickness than authentic and its up to us as consumers to be knowledgeable before buying. If prices are under retail beware. Almost every time I come in here, I'm greeted with a smile, helpful advice, playful banter and all around good vibes. The taller hispanic girl, the tall skinny white guy and the bearded hispanic dude are an absolute treat. Unfortunately, all those vibes are dead on arrival when I see that the only employee is a short, fat, and angry white girl. She fits every description of someone that hates their job. I've never seen her smile and can counted on 7 hands how many time she's complaining about past customers. I've met and trained 100's of employees and ulshe fits the mold of "just here for a paycheck" type of employee. Jessie was awesome! Went in today (1/31) around 6pm and she helped me out with all my needs today and helped me find what I was looking for. She was so amazing and sweet, i will be coming back here with her. I would’ve given this place 5 stars however, when I went in she did look pretty stressed and alone. It looked as if she was doing inventory all by herself while also taking all customers that entered while she was helping me. There was a guy outside who she said was her coworker but he never came inside to ask her for help while she was helping me and other customers!
