It break my heart giving Whataburger this review. Whataburger represents southern hospitality at it's finest. Some of the best quality when it comes to fast food. Actually, it's highly inaccurate to even classify Whataburger as "fast food". But we visited this location twice. The first time was my son's first time ordering his own food. He's was fairly nervous. A welcoming and friendly voice would have made all the difference. Unfortunately, the manager Lily took his order. As one that has been in industry for over ten years, her attitude was annoyed, short, and dismissive. My boy doesn't know the follow up questions, so help and patience is key. This order taker did not have qualities above and does not belong on the mic. Once we got home my pregnant wife couldn't resist the smell of the food and changed her mind. I returned an hour later. It was storming the next time around. This location does not have an onning to cover their guest at the menu. So I pulled up to the window for better coverage from the rain. I was immediately met by Lily herself. "You're just going to pass the speaker?" I reply, "I'm sorry". She then snaps back "You're supposed to STOP at the speaker to place your order" completely oblivious to the downpour that was currently going on. "I'm not going to get rained on, I place an order for So and so". She shut the window as soon as I was done talking. I wouldn't trust Lily to clean house, much less manage an amazing food chain that everyone cherishes. Unfortunately, this worker set the tone and made sure I never want to come back when she's on the clock. Keep on enforcing negative fastfood worker...
Read moreI was very disappointed with my visit today. First off, the girl taking my order seemed like she hates her job. She was speaking in such an off putting tone. I asked for a sweet and spicy bacon burger with no american cheese and just monterrey jack (because i dont like american cheese) and i got charged for a monterrey jack cheese, so i got two MJ cheeses and one american. and also, i asked for a side of ranch and a side of creamy pepper sauce and she rang in picante sauce, which i get it, she probably didnt hear me properly but because it was 11:40pm and i ordered a breakfast item, i was asked to pull forward and i said “okay im sorry but could i get a side of creamy pepper sauce too” and i had 50 cents in my hand to give to her, and she looked at me confused, like genuinely confused…? anyway i gave her the 50 cents and pulled forward to where she told me. then 10 minutes later i get my food and I ask “is the creamy pepper in here” and she looks at me, not angry but more annoyed and says “yes it’s in there” so i trust her and pull out of the drive thru. i get home and the creamy pepper is in the bag but not the ranch… so that definitely was the cherry on top of a bad experience here. in the receipt, it says her name is Anna so maybe Anna was having a bad day, which i get it because i worked at a different whataburger for almost 5 years and even if i was having a bad day, I would never give that level of unprofessionalism. Even now as a customer, and if I’m having the worst day of my life, I wouldn’t be as off...
Read moreIf I could leave negative stars to this place I totally would. Came through the drive-through this morning ordered one meal and three breakfast toQuito’s Probably the least amount of food anybody in that line with ordering today. First they got the order wrong and told us to go forward as I sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting on my food while multiple cars drove past me almost hitting my vehicle because there isn’t really enough space to sit there I started to get frustrated people kept coming out to the car but without any food. At this point I’m upset so I tell them I have a baby in my car I need to get home and they kept saying okay okay. I asked for a refund and they cane out and got my receipt and brought it back but again without the food. The worker got a really bad attitude with me and told me that they were NOT bringing me my food and that the refund was all I was getting. A manager then told me otherwise, at that point I just left because I did not trust that my food was going...
