This place here yall seriously fixed my broken cracked phone. They restored it with zero loss. Handed it back to me the same exact way it was before I broke it. Thats big news!

I've broken phones before, just like you. I've suffered the loss of everything on my phone gone before. Ive factory restored before. Point is, we all have been there. The phone and everything you put on it, used it for, settings, songs, pictures, text, etc. GoNe! No way to save! New phone, start over, try again. That's been my usual when it comes to broken phones.

Not today, no way!

This was not my first stop but it will always be from now on. Went to my carrier to use that insurance coverage 1st. Worth the try, but at this point, it's time to come to terms with insurance. Insurance is a fancy word used for scam. In all ways. It's always this way.

Next went to another place that fixes phones. They had a 3 to 5 day wait to just get the screen in. The Price was also $50 more. I didn't know the price comparison yet. However, I just couldn't get past the straight up minimum 3 days for screen but more likely 5 days until screen even got to their shop to repair my phone. This just doesn't jive right.

We live in 24/7 delivery world now. Amazon trucks up and down the neighborhoods all day and night. We all know this old standard wait time is from the past and not a representative of now. So I'm not down with this.

Got one more stop before I have to give in and go back to big carrier store and get a new phone. This is my stop!

Glad I stopped! Met Adam and he sees my phone and says yeah we can fix it. I'm like yeah nice let's do it.

Has to get screen but unlike the other store says it will be in within 24 hours. That sounds like today's times.

Price is 50 lower time is faster.

Well when all is said and done, my phone was saved! All my phone stuff places neatly in it's place.

Adam and Berry did fix it!

Took my Asus N550JK laptop for RAM and HDD upgrade and battery replacement. Went well and quick and laptop also is running cooler as I requested them to clean the dust and such (they saved themself time as I bought the 3 materials myself). By the way, Adam attended me and friendly and fast service.

The battery was just slightly oversize but I hope is not gonna be a risk to use (I don't mind the small gap, as long if is not stressing or putting pressure on other components, besides I did purchase the battery online via Walmart and it did say about being for my N550JK), also, not sure if it had a HDD bracket but still feels a bit lose (HDD related) when I flip the laptop (but this was a issue when I took it to ubreakifix around late July, gave them one star for that behalf failing to fix, that I'm not sure but that was since the HDD thing was a bit loose, or the DVD bracket, not sure). I'll take it again if I ever need new CMOS battery (BIOS related) and then they can check if the HDD bracket is slightly loose.

All in all, laptop is functioning as intended and is stationary anyway, but I should take it again in 3 months time just to fix the potential loose HDD bracket to be on a err side of caution.

Edit: Best part, Adam did not charge us till the work is finished and he was patient about me confirming before I paid, went well all-in-all. Highly...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE❤️MY EXPERIENCE SO I HAVE A 9 YEAR OLD WHO CLEARLY THINKS MONEY GROWS ON TREES HINTS Y SHES CONSTANTLY BREAKING HER PHONE!! SO THE 1ST TIME SHE RAMMED A DIFFERENT CHARGING PORT SO IT WAS DAMAGED!!! CALLED A COUPLE PLACES AND THEY WERE TRYNA CHARGE ME AN ARM,A LEG AND A HEART SO I CALLED IFIX REPAIR THE GUY QUOTED ME A WAY WAY CHEAPER DEAL AND FIX IT IN LESS THAT 30 MIN ❤️.. THEN 2 WEEKS LATER MY DAUGHTER CRACKED HER SCREEN AND HE FIXED IT AGAIN FOR A GREAT FEES AND THEN WHEN WE GOT HOME IT WAS LIKE HER SCREEN WAS FROZEN HE TOLD ME TO BRING IT BACK AND DIDNT CHARGE ME A DIME AND BOUGHT A NEW SCREEN AND PUT IT ON!!! THE GENTLEMAN THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH IS VERY VERY VERY SWEET, ATTENTIVE AND HE GENUINELY KNOWS WHAT HIS DOING.. THIS COMPANY CLEARLY CARES ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF THEIR CLIENTS PHONES/ELECTRONICS!!!
