Pho Vi Vi — Restaurant in Pasadena

I tryed pho vi vi today I usually go to the location by red bluff but an extatic we finally have a location on Fairmont right across my job lol .....Any ways lol I am 100% satisfied with my visit today with the exception of service ..Food was amazing like always.I had the chicken pho and I added beef . My hubby had beef pho with tenden,tripe,and brisket .and no complaints on the pho .my kids had 2 orders of the orange chicken with noodles which I can tell you the orange chicken was cooked to perfection.spring rolls needed work but we're still passable .my son also had one of there pork sandwiches which he liked but didn't love .but I will definitely be going back as soon as I can ... hopefully service...

Food really good. Food was prepared really fast. Food was fresh and hot. Prices were very reasonable. Service was not so good as it looked like its a family run operation and 2 young family members were left up front alone to do it all; from bussing tables, to seating tables, to waiting on and serving tables, to cashiering, to making to go customers specialty drinks, etc... Decor is modern and decent with dated or nonexistent cruet set on tables which was a let down; all condiments were just there sporadically riding solo. The food alone will have me as a return customer as Im sure others as well. See you again soon.

First time here, came with my family (10 of us). We were greeted as soon as we walked in and instructed to sit anywhere we'd like. It was a couple of us at first so we let them know it would be more of us showing up so they put a few tables together for us right away. They serviced us very well, checking on us frequently and never letting our drinks be completely finished which was great. I had the orange chicken with noodles and it was delicious. Our table ordered the pho, spring rolls, and general tso. Everything was delicious, hot and the wait for our food to arrive was not long. Overall, our experience was great. We will visit again to try other menu...
