It definitely has some nice furniture, and for a decent price although most of it is a bit expensive. Their furniture is good quality, and their in-store service is excellent. The problem is the shipping. About 2 weeks ago we ordered a nice quality couch, for a decent price considering its quality(although I personally think it might have been marked down since itâs a little ugly), but it was the cheapest option that worked for our current needs. When we ordered the couch the contract had a VERY specific date it would be delivered. We moved our couch out for the new one before it âwouldâ be delivered, with much struggle, not wanting to indirectly force the workers to help with moving our former current couch, which was massive. Then, on the last day, at the very last minute, you know what they say? It JUST arrived at the warehouse. When it was supposed to be delivered. It WOULD have been OK if they had told us beforehand that there would be difficulty bringing it on time, but no. Now we wonât have a couch for multiple weeks, all because they didnât bother to tell us beforehand that they didnât have it ON THE EXACT SAME DAY LAST MINUTE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. Would not come here again if not bringing it yourself, and if we will pay to have it brung to our house on a specific date(yes we paid good money to have it brought on a specific date but no it was not completed.), we will be leaving our current furniture right there due to the fact that they may simply say âoh well its just at the warehouseâ LAST MINUTE when we already dragged it away, so that we wont be missing a couch for weeks. Imagine if this was a bed. If this was an issue with a bed I would give it 1 star, or even 0 stars. If you could do 0 stars, i would have given one star. But because the furniture and inside service is quite nice there is 2 stars. In my opinion NEVER order your furniture and pay the price. Unless its free its not worth it. Bring it home yourself, or hire someone else to do it. Because their people who are literally paid to bring you your furniture who are also paid by you are just not doing their jobs. And if they are, then they must not be very good at it.
Disclaimer: This was written when I was quite spiteful and the feelings were raw, so I may be focusing a bit too much on how utterly disgraceful it was to not bother to tell us that the order would be late beforehand. I know that I may not be the most forgiving person, but I also know that they may be a bit swamped with work.    Read moreI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience involving a couch purchase from your store. What began as an exciting purchase has turned into a frustrating ordeal, riddled with vague fine print, poor communication, and ultimately, a complete lack of follow-through on your companyâs part.
When we purchased the couch, we were given a delivery date and led to believe that the item was in stock or would be available within a reasonable timeframe. At no point during the transaction were we adequately informedâverbally or in clearly visible documentationâthat there would be delays, substitutions, or backorders. Only after payment was completed were we presented with the âfine printâ that conveniently protected your company while leaving the customer without recourse. This kind of post-sale surprise is not only disappointing, it feels deceptive.
As of today, we have not received the couch, nor have we been given a firm delivery date. Attempts to follow up with your customer service team have resulted in vague answers, empty reassurances, or no response at all. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable from any retailerâespecially one that advertises a commitment to customer satisfaction.
We expected Regency Furniture to honor its promises and treat its customers with respect. Instead, we are left without the furniture we paid for, and with the impression that your business model relies more on buried policies than on actual service.
We expect immediate clarification of the status of our order and a firm, guaranteed delivery dateâor we will be forced to pursue further action, including filing a dispute with our credit card provider and submitting formal complaints to consumer...

He listened to exactly what I was looking for and got to know our needs as a family and what we needed in furniture, something easy to clean because we have kids, my fiance is a mechanic and would probably come home and sit on it at times, and something that would hold up for years to come. He literally walked all around the store with me back and forth until I finally came to a decision. Even when it came to me picking out the coffee and end tables because I wanted to make sure they matched he carried the end table from one end to the store over to the sofa so I could see them side by side!! So super helpful and at the end of the day I finally picked out the perfect sofa and tables for our new living room. I would highly recommend going here if your shopping for furniture they will definitely take care of you and they have so many options to choose from, which I know can be overwhelming but again once they talk to you and figure out what your looking for they will help narrow down the search for your perfect peice your looking for.
