This place should be everyone's go to place for high quality custom sofa with excellent customer service. Over the last few years I have had two large sectional sofa's custom made from Sofa you love and I had one sofa reupholstered. It actually looks even better than when I first purchased the sofa!!

Caryn at the Thousand Oaks location is hands down the best in customer service, she is very knowledgeable friendly and has a great attitude. She most definitely goes the extra mile to make her customers happy.

Vincent the owner is such a Gentleman!! He for sure has his customers satisfaction his priority . He went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my couch. Sofa U Love is a god send if you are not finding what you want in your local stores or online. We looked for months and then my dental hygienist told me about Sofa U Love. After just one phone call, Staci from the Thousand Oaks store had my confidence. She was attentive to and interested in our design, talked to the carpenter in their factory for us, and helped us develop our ideas over several weeks. She was so patient and supportive, and she really helps you look through all the fabric swatches. The store is amazing, holds many excellent models of what Sofa U Love is capable of, and Staci gives excellent personalized service. The ability to create any shape and style sofa you can think of is incredible, but this store wouldn't be a success without great sales...

So happy we went to Sofa U love from a referral. Caryn was amazing from the get go. Not knowing where to begin the 'couch shopping ' experience, she explained how SofaULove works.. From selecting the style, sizes, length, color and fabric.... to the cushion fill and legs My husband and I do not see eye to eye on almost everything.. but Caryn helped to bring both of our styles and ideas together to create the perfect coach for the space. We are so happy ! Next is window treatments and an updated fireplace and eventurally new floors... ( and his 65 in TV) but for now we have a beautiful place to sit comfortably..
