This place is very special. They are very open to the public and always welcoming. They aren't too well-known outside of Taiwan but I think that is going to change.

Tai Ji men's purpose is to spread positive energy, balance, and harmony throughout the community, the nation, and the world. And I'm not exaggerating—they make frequent visits to countries all over the planet, as well as trips to the United Nations' headquarters in New York to promote peace and well-being. They also practice what they preach, being some of the nicest, most caring people I've ever met. The exercises they do also slow down ageing; I was a little bit skeptical at first but it's hard to ignore the number of people there that look 20 or more years younger than they really are.
