Went in today and I was immediately acknowledged even though both ladies were busy. The manager got started helping me before she had to leave and then Ms. Isabella took over. We were switching over 4 lines and getting 4 new phones. Isabella was so sweet and helpful and has amazing customer service! She was able to help multiple people at once. She took such great care of us, making sure we got the best deals possible! I don’t know what they pay her, but she deserves...

The guy in there as of now doesn't need to be helping customers. He didn't want to be there and it shows the worst customer service I've had the dude just sat in a chair on the floor and done nothing to help us buy anything sorry but I think ima drive to another store before shopping here again. Makes me want to change carriers and I've been with Metro PC...

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in any business. They refused to give me a receipt and said I was effing entitled for asking questions about how my price started at $150 and ended up at $220 beyond normal taxes and fees. Repulsive attitudes. Toxic. Rude. Find another location other than...
