I shop here frequently, but this is my 1st. leaving a review. This store finally deserves it, and here's why, I found out that it's under new management and WOW is it noticeable. Who ever this new store manager is deserves recognition 👏🏻 🥳 and a Big Thank You!!! Finally someone that knows how a store should look like and be manage. Corporate Finally made an outstanding pick to run this beautiful store. Who ever you are, A MILLION THANK for all the improvements and the wonderful service and a better store to want to make me come shop more often! 😁 I Definitely Recommend Everyone to come shop here. The Supervisor Kay at this store is unprofessional and rude. I saw her treating the customer in front of me so horribly. They were just asking a question about a return. My ears perked up when I heard her tell the customer "get up in THEIR ass about it then". They were obviously taken aback and rushed off shortly after that. I was hoping the other clerk's lane would open first but it didn't. When I got called to her lane, I just set my purchases down and said I'm sorry, I've changed my mind. That was when I noticed her name tag and that she was the Supervisor. Unbelievable. What is wrong...

I highly recommend this store.The cashiers may be slow due to the long line that is always I there but they do there best at their job.Just because someone isn’t working as fact as you want them to doesn’t mean they are trying.I absolutely love Burlington.Please don’t listen to Karen’s below me.These stores likes Marshall’s are all packed...
