C Spire — Local services in Pascagoula

I've been with C-spire (CellSouth) for 14 years at least, I feel they are one of the better carriers in the area. The store is nice, they offer good deals (mostly to new customers) and the employees are very knowledgeable on the merchandise. My complaint... I think they're shady!! Multiple times I have been told this new plan would cost X amount a month and save me X amount, only to pay more each month. During one of those times, no two employees could give me the same reason when I questioned the discrepancy. Ultimately, I was told it was a new deal and they didn't have all the information when they signed me up. What should have saved me around $40 a month according to the employee ended up increasing my bill by $60 and they 'could not' switch me back to my original plan because they no longer offered it. I was told I'd receive 4gb a month free as a CU member. I'm still waiting for that but they've been checking into it for me off and on. This is my favorite.... I have a password on my account but they allowed someone to make changes and upgrade to a new phone. I went into the store only to be told they couldn't change the plan (that affected all phones on the account) back because the old was 3G and the new was 4G (LG4?) and they didn't have a plan with both, blah blah blah. But this was after the same guy that made those changes earlier, asked me for the password on the account!! Then a female employee told me I could just suspend the line for $20 a month.

Bottom line, they have good coverage and good prices on the plans they offer but you will most likely be lied to. In my opinion C-spire is not about making their mistakes right or they do as little as possible to...

I been with cspire since when it was cellular south, great staff, everytime I go, I usually only go to cspire to pay my bill🤷🏾‍♂️, but it's always cheerful, great people. My classmate show love everytime 🦅🤝🏾🦅 it's always great to see classmates striving and in great spirits, it's been great service for me, always even through storms,. I can remeber I had no problems through the hurricane Katrina. Sometimes I feel for 2 lines the bill could be cheaper, especially when the low data message come through😮‍💨 I'm on the grandaddy plan. I always thought I'm unlimited.... but hey, I need that phone, yafeelme, not jus for calls, but for learning information. "You got to pay the cost to be the boss!", or whatever they said.......but overall I choose cspire over...

Highly recommend not using this store. I went to get a new phone, but I was offered to get the iPhone 17 on presale. Mind you, I have a broken phone, screen is broken and the charger port doesn’t work. I was told it would come in to Oxford on Friday (I currently live in Oxford, but my family lives on the coast). After my new phone was delayed by a month, I finally came to Tupelo to get a new iPhone 17 in a different color.
