KFC — Restaurant in Pascagoula

It was terrible!! We were the only ones in the restaurant. It was five of us,,, no one acknowledged us when we came in, the two ladies kept just walking around as of we were invisible, We went to place our orders and they said they didn't have any orginal chicken and it would be about 30 minutes because someone hasn't dropped it We waited about 30 minutes and the the lady behind the counter handed us some cardboard boxes to eat out of. Really a cardboard box to eat macaroni and cheese and Cole slaw out of. I went to the counter and asked for the number to corporate and the clerk said just a minute. The manager named Denise said she can wait. I was a customer too and I waited 30 minutes for my food. We ordered Mac on the single order and they have us cold corn,. No customer service in sight. What happened to KFC, ...I realized we are all short handed as a result of COVID-19, but customer service is still free sand u don't have to pay for it. I ordered the eight piece original recipe I ordered a chicken pot pie and four biscuits with coleslaw mashed potatoes and gravy I will have to say that this food is really good here the chicken pot pie was really amazing and very tasty that is definitely something that you have to eat before you eat the chicken the chicken breast was really delicious it was fresh and it was hot and it was definitely tasty so good job to everyone that played a role in making this food so great and the biscuits are heaven this is a very good location if you love to eat chicken this is a very good location to get your food today they ran out of the breast but they had some more on the way and I was glad to wait because it was sure worth the wait I also ordered Mr Pibb and it was really sparkly definitely tasted good so hands down I give this place a five stars because the food was so good I don't know nothing about anything else because I wasn't the one picking up the food I just wanted to comment on how good...

REVISED POST* TO THE POINT*. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE OR HAVE ANY CONCERNS ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS .MY WIFE AND I WAS MADE TO WAIT APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR TO BE SERVED, WHILE OTHER CUSTOMERS CAME AND LEFT? THE STAFF APPEARED TO BE UNTRAINED, UNCARING AND UNCONCERNED! THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS NOT CLEAN, VISIBLE FOOD DEBRIS WERE ON FLOOR AND TABLES, BEVERAGE ISLE WAS DEPLORABLE WITH MILDEW INSIDE ICE DISPENSER! THERE WERE NO CONDIMENTS, AND NONE WERE OFFERED!
