I visited the blind butcher a couple days after they opened to see what they had to offer. After browsing for a while, and speaking to one of the owners (and I believe her son), I purchased the Cajun stuffed chicken, crawfish bread, and stuffed mushrooms.
I couldn't quite place where I knew the owner I spoke to at first, but I knew that she knew me. I must say, after I remembered, she conducted herself with grace and a smile. You see, I was the finance manager that did paperwork for a vehicle they purchased, I believe, for her son. It was a while back, but I wasn't having the best of days and apparently she wasn't either.
Also, this is no excuse, but, I was in the deepest struggle of my life up to that point, it was shortly after that I quit that position. So, knowing who I was, and still trying to conduct business with a smile, I give them an A+ for customer service. Also, I'm sorry for before, I hope you can forgive me too.
Now, for the food...my kids hate spicy food, and they ate all the Cajun chicken. The mushrooms we often do for ourselves at home with crab meat but they outdid us in that department too.
Lastly, the crawfish bread. Lol, it's crawfish bread, go get some. No really, it's amazing, they do a great job with their prepped food and I'm sure their cuts of beef are up to the same grade.
The atmosphere is welcoming, the décor looks amazing, and the prepped food is mouth watering, go...
Read moreMy wife asked for 10 crab stuffed mushrooms after the girl told her they had plenty in the back. She waited 15-20 minutes and the girl brought out 5 and my wife reminded her that she had asked for 10. The girl stated "oh, these are not for you". Well, my wife waited another 15-20 minutes while everybody around her was waited on and they ignored her. She asked about the order again and the girl told her that they weren't doing crab stuffed but another kind. My wife reminded her that she had asked for 10 after being told that they had plenty and the girl simply said "I'm sorry" and acted like she didn't care and went back to ignoring her.
Extremely poor customer service. Will...

Both were maybe 3/4 inch Your lies just cost a return customer. Was it worth it for 60 bucks? Walmart sells thicker steaks. Yes, I would have noticed if I just had not gone through eye surgery. No worry's, lost a...
