I went by the store this morning and dealt with Renetta. I had to go into the store to figure out why my phone had crashed from the recent system update that i was forced to do. She was rude from the second that I walked in there. Every answer was very short. She didnt tell me my options. She just immediately got on the phone with customer service to order me a new phone without discussing it with me first. When I told her that I wanted my account credited for the days that I've been without a phone, she dialed the number for customer service and handed me the phone instead of handling it herself. When I was done, instead of saying something nice like "have a good day" or "sorry for your inconvenience" or "let us know if you need anything else" she said, "do you need something else?" Read moreOriginally we were very pleased with the service we received when replacing our Motorola Edge 5g phones. Shawn sold us what were supposed to be 2022 model phones and later we realized he sold us the same 2021 model phones we already had. When we wanted to swap them for newer phones he said he had none in stock. We then asked that he order the newer model phones he said he did have them in stock but they we not as good as the ones we already had. We scheduled a day a week later to sort it all out. The day before we met he said he was off the scheduled day and wouldn't be there. Shawn apparently doesn't verify any facts before he makes statements and plans. Read moreThis store is amazing!! Miss Serena Hausman is the best rep I have ever come in contact with at a Verizon store(we have been customers for 11 years). I was having a not so pleasant experience with Verizon due to them dropping the ball on an issue we have been dealing with for 2 years. She stuck by me and defended me when necessary. Serena went above and beyond for my family, and she made me feel like I wasn't handling this issue alone. It took almost 7 days to get everything fixed, but she called me everyday to check in and make sure the ball was rolling. The phone I wanted was not in stock and she looked and found one and went on HER OWN time to get that device. She made me feel so special.
