Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pascagoula

I placed my order and sent my sister to pick it up for me. Upon arriving to the restaurant she decided she wanted a soft taco and nacho fries. When it was her turn at the speaker she gave them my name for my mobile order. Then asked to make a separate order, the taker asked her to hold a second. After a minute the order taker asked her the name for the door dash and my sister gave her my name again, the taker asked her to pull forward and my sister stated “ yes I wanted to place another order” the woman at the speaker then told her she would have to drive around, wait in line, and then place the order. When my sister asked her why was that, the woman said that “it’s a new rule” ?!? I don’t see why she would have to pull around to make an order when the mobile order wasn’t even ready when she got to the window, there were no drinks available after paying an upcharge for a Baja blast. Will not be spending money anymore at an establishment that doesn’t have basic customer service skills. When asked for her name one...

I was in taco bell in line waiting and there was a man just standing around and he finally went to the counter the black lady was working drive through he asked her for a cup she said out loud I,m going to be nice this time but I'm not going to be nice all the time she gave him a cup then he asked for some food that they throw away the lady on the front counter told him she didn't have anything right now he could come back later or hang around I stepped up and asked was he hungry she said yah I looked around I didn't see him I was going to buy him something to eat.so I got my food he was gone I was on my way to work he had made it down to the hospital I pulled over and ask him did he want something to eat I gave him money to go get something to eat I ,'ll feed people but I got mad and...

I ordered three taco bell supreme crunchwraps expecting a proper meal totaling me around 20 dollars. The first wrap tasted excellent, how they usually did, however, after the first the following two had this odd taste; like the sour cream was spoiled and rotten. Tact on those last two the soft tostada shells were oddly hard in some aeras like screwing threw a thin brick layer. I should also note the there was lack of meat, barely a thing inside the last wrap! Mostly just lettuce, odd tasting sour cream. What the hell was going on with your work staff tonight!?
