Nena's Barbershoppe — Local services in Pasco

I was recommended by a friend to go here. I was a walk-in with my son and it did take a little while to get helped (around 40 minutes). The second time I came with my son on his birthday, i saw three people ahead of me. I assumed they were walk-ins as well. More people starting coming in and they helped 5 people after me. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were appointments but I over heard one of the barbers welcoming their family and to sit down to get a haircut. They didn’t have to wait and I understand, I guess. Then I heard two different barbers ask 2 of the five clients after me if they were ready for a cut. I realized they weren’t going in order and that they didn’t want to help. Me and my son were the last ones there after 5 walk ins and when there was empty seats the barbers were just cleaning and not really wanting to attend us. My son never got a cut and I wish I left sooner. I wish my friend never recommended me to go there in the first place. I was mostly hurt because it was my sons birthday and I was looking forward for his haircut. But after being OBVIOUSLY ignored I would never recommend this place. Side note, if you make conversation they charge more… well that’s what I saw from the same barber cutting the same style of hair on different people. One had maybe an inch longer of hair. Maybe the barber was annoyed with the talking or one of the clients got hooked up with a good deal. I just hope others don’t have the same...

I have been coming to this business for over 10 years now. I find that the customer service is excellent as I am now treated like family. From Flor, Ari, Irving, and others, the staff is professional and kind. I have never had a bad cut or experience from the business. As with every good barber shop, the wait times can be longer if you're a walk in. The easiest way to overcome this is to call ahead and book an appointment. I have never had a single appointment cancelled on me as this is the only way I get my hair cut here now. Five stars is severely under rating this business. Call ahead for a time...

AMAZING!! Very friendly atmosphere, there's always something or someone that puts a smile on your face! After three years of letting my hair grow I cut my ponytail off and thanks to Nenas Barbershoppe I dont look like lord Farquhar anymore whaaaaaat!! I love that somehow I chose to come in here today. Definitely found me a barber!...
