I love panda and was excited for this location as it is closer to home but the last two times I've been here (only been here 3 times) have not been pleasant. Last time I was there I purchased 2 family deals which was close to $90. I was waiting for a bit when I was told my order was given to the wrong person and was made to wait longer while they re did the order. I let it slide because I figured the person who took it was at fault even though the employee should of double checked. Today I went in for a pick up of a family meal and it was served on a tray. I asked how I was supposed to take it and she said "you could purchase a bag for 8 cents" to which I replied "so can I take the tray if I don't purchase a bag" she repeated that I could just purchase a bag. I don't mind paying the 8 cents but the fact that there was alot of food and I was expected to just take it without a bag is ridiculous. I would rather drive to a location further away with better...
Read moreGuy manager working the line was friendly and had a big smile on his face ready to greet me. My family and i decided to stay in and eat since it was after 12 and the dinning room was empty. Food was good, the noodles looked a lil old and i mostly got veggies. In the middle of us eating. I witnessed the older hispanic cook go into the dinning room for a soda. To my surprise he placed his drink next to him and continued to took food without washing his hands after drinking club soda. This made my stomach hurt and wondered what else could they be falling short on food...

When my parents tried to order in Spanish, the girl told them that she didn’t speak Spanish which is understandable but she did not in any way help the situation. She made them feel stupid when she could have just have gotten anyone else that spoke even a bit of Spanish to help. I would suggest having a bilingual person at the drive through especially being in a predominantly hispanic area. No one deserves to feel stupid...
