I can't say enough good things about VSG Appliances and the amazing service from Cecilia and her team! They're family owned business that truly cares about their customers I recently purchased a 21 cubic foot used freezer from them, and although there was an issue with it not starting, their customer service was outstanding from the start When I called them about the problem, they immediately swapped out the freezer for a slightly taller model that came with a lock---no questions asked! The driver who made the exchange was on time, friendly, and courteous, making the whole experience even better. And the best part? There was no charge for the delivery! After setting up the new freezer, it stopped working as well, so I called them again. They patiently walked me through some troubleshooting steps, and it turns out the issue wasn't the freezer itself, but with the electrical amperage in my garage. Thanks to their knowledgeable suggestions, everything is working perfectly. We went a week ago on a Saturday to buy a stove we needed urgently. We were told they could repair our stove the following Monday or Tuesday and we agreed but they didn't show up or called. Thursday comes and I messaged again in hopes we can get our stove fixed and again a promise for Saturday that was broken and I message and message but the guy just sees the message and won't reply. This is very poor for a business and now we'll have to go a different route to buy our appliances and we were about to buy all our 5 appliances from there but we'll have to take our business somewhere else where the people actually deliver their word not just have us waiting for something we urgently need but the person cares less on our needs. We should have known this would happen to us right away when since day one when we were going to go the man lied to us telling us he'd close early and when we got there barely in time before he closed the lady there told us not to believe him cause they were not closing soon. That was a red flag we ignored cause the business sounded and looked good online on their fancy website....

Gold standard in customer service. 5 STARS! I highly recommend Victor and his team. Very professional and offered same day service/repair on a Saturday. Well worth the money. My GE washing machine that I purchased 3 years ago from Fred's Appliance wasn't draining. I called Fred's asking for service to repair my washing machine on a Saturday and was told that service doesn't work on the weekends and that it would be weeks before someone could come out. I asked if they knew of anyone that does work on the weekends and they told me to call VSG Appliance in Pasco. I called VSG "Victor" and explained my situation. Victor told me that he was very busy however he would send his guys out to pickup my washing machine and bring it back to the shop to repair it (it they had the part in stock) and would deliver back.
