While the upgrade is is nice unfortunately this place is only great when there is an event.

Before the pandemic this place would be filled with older Hispanic men gossiping the the day away. Now it's just homeless people who do nothing but loiter on the benches while using. Yeah the park ranger and police come in to make them disperse, but it's just...
