I was just in Urbano and I was incredibly happy with my experience. Never have I entered a store that goes to such lengths to make sure that their costumers are comfortable. The hat man (I think his name is Yosef) is really helpful and knows his stuff. And he is not the only one- the entire staff were super professional and effective. Can’t remember the last time I had such a productive shopping trip. Classy merchandise, friendly workers, and all around a five star experience. Shout out to chez, who was well-dressed and relatable! Truly a one-of-a-kind store,that you’re guaranteed to leave with a feeling of fulfillment, quality goods, and a big smile on your face! Everything I read about it online was true! Its reputation just speaks for itself!!

P.S. this guy yitzchok really knew the styles and trends, and was really helpful when deciding which clothing to get. And you can’t find a nicer, more honest guy than Avi, the store owner and manager (he also has an unparalleled sense humor😂).
