As a rule of thumb, when considering shopping or picking up medicine at CVS or Walgreens, be prepared for it to be a hit or miss. I highly suggest only going to those pharmacies when you know you are not in a rush, and have some time to account for staff to fix any mistakes that may come up.
At the register, I asked my questions gently and in a neutral tone, and was helped with their best abilities. Albeit, I had low expectations since post pandemic many businesses have been hiring lots of people not suitable for dealing with the public. But I suspect this store is trying to improve with customer service, because the younger guy at the register seemed new & optimistic about problem-solving. I could tell he was making sure to be communicative and this needs to be acknowledged!
