Walgreens — Local services in Passaic

As a rule of thumb, when considering shopping or picking up medicine at CVS or Walgreens, be prepared for it to be a hit or miss. I highly suggest only going to those pharmacies when you know you are not in a rush, and have some time to account for staff to fix any mistakes that may come up.

At the register, I asked my questions gently and in a neutral tone, and was helped with their best abilities. Albeit, I had low expectations since post pandemic many businesses have been hiring lots of people not suitable for dealing with the public. But I suspect this store is trying to improve with customer service, because the younger guy at the register seemed new & optimistic about problem-solving. I could tell he was making sure to be communicative and this needs to be acknowledged!

I went to Walgreens earlier today and the cashier Dariela G. was extremely rude as well as her manager. I was trying to show them that they put their marketing wrong, which meant they would have to honor the price that was there. Dariela G was being rude and yelled next in my face because she didn’t wanna honor the price. And when the manager came she put she hand in my face and didn’t want to honor the price until I showed her I took a picture of it. I ordered online for photos got confirmation that order was received. I called no answer, I went and they wasted my time. Only one cashier in the front handling customers in the front and people asking for help. The other worker in the back of the door by photos he asks her for the photos and she said they didnt make it because they didnt have the supploes to make it.
