EDIT: First I would like to say comprehension is key , i said you acknowledged Spanish ppl first I have no problem with the language! What I did have a problem with was me standing there waiting and when someone of your kind walks in they got greeted immediately as if I didn’t exist. Also parking is not an issue for you YET until people stop going there not to mention the accidents that happens directly on the street of your location! Mostly from people double parking or leaving from double parking! All I said was if you have the food ready which you usually do sitting out in the open getting cold , just acknowledge people so we can make it a smooth process , I have been back since this review and I can say I see the improvement this review made on u guys. However don’t take away from my experience or try to be funny around side/gig work not all of us want to flip burgers for others all day, thanks :)

Original Review: They don’t acknowledge black people when they come in but will acknowledge Spanish people first knowing they walked in afterwards ! Then when I’m doing Ubereats they don’t have ANY customer service ! They will watch u stand there ALL day ! but got the NERVE to wanna talk when I grab my stuff and go without telling them. ZERO stars if I could. PARKING SUCKS so like if u know ppl are coming there for Uber give them the stuff ASAP it be sitting there getting COLD cuz they don’t wanna...

Amazing flavor, first time time in here, but the customer service experience was the worst, specially from a lady the works in there and it seems has no notion what customer service means, apparently not the owner, I found when at to pay, no internet service for the credit cards was working, can’t control that I clearly understand, previously I called asking if credit cards are accepted, now we have a customer that needs to get cash from the next store and pay the fees, and the meal will be more expensive, at the question what alternative do I have I just heard a “get the cash I can’t do anything for you, body language counts in here too, and the extra comment when I turn my back like “peruano tenía que ser” “ it has to be a Peruvian” I found it not only disgusting, completely out of line but DISCRIMINATORY And watch with that specially nowadays, if the proper tone and de escalation action would have taken in place here I wouldn’t have to alert you using this mean, I, as a person working in csr for more than 20 years I found that not everyone understands that part of the business is keeping your customers happy and make sure they comeback, by the way I offered advise In giving some alternatives in what to do in this case but looks that ignited the anger of this lady even more, the older assistant should be retrain as well. I come here everytime I want some good food unfortunately tonight was different. We got near closing time so decided to order some food to go and two quick dishes to dine in. When we got the bill I noticed the gratitude was included however didn’t match our consumption. I asked what percentage they were charging? The guy mentioned 15% which is stated on the menu per the restaurant policy. Long and behold even with that they were charging $1.50 extra and the food to go sales takes was 0.50 cents more as well. So they were taking $2.00 extra on my cash not card payment. The guy said he made a mistake but wouldn’t dare to say what percentage of sale tax he was charging. He kept saying it’s there…This made me raise questions and wonder how many people they cheat out on $2.00 or more per customer? The food was good but this made me rethink and never coming back. On top of that the girl was in a rush to leave she was walking away as I was placing my order. That’s how this restaurant ensures their tips because the service sucks. I understand you want to go home but at least be attentive to the people that are going to leave you a tip. But I guess since it’s included they don’t care.
