I usually never write reviews but I had to for this particular situation. I went in one morning and ordered my orange juice no sugar, no ice. The girl making the juices gave me one out of the fridge. I then asked her to make a fresh one in front of me. ( If anyone doesn’t know if juice isn’t made fresh and is left in the fridge, it oxidizes. Meaning, it loses its nutritional value. ) The girl told me that “they had just made them”. But you can’t really be sure unless it’s made in front of you. So I again asked her to make it in front of me and she said she “couldn’t”. When I asked for my money back she decided to talk to her manager about the situation. In which the case the manager said it was fine to make me the juice. I don’t know the reason for why they couldn’t make it. Perhaps they were being lazy. If the customer has a special request it is up to the employee to see it through. In this case, the employees were being stubborn and uncompliant. As a business they must understand that the customer is given what they ask for. Not what the business wants to give them. Customers make the business. Read moreWhat a shame that this place has decent food and such awful staff. This isn't the 1st time we've had a problem with Maria. Her supervisor is aware and clearly nothing has been done. She is rude and unprofessional. She leaves you on hold for 15 minutes while she jokes around with other staff members. When I drove to the location my husband was still on hold and she was doing nothing. When I asked to speak to the manager she said no one knows the manager. She said it in Spanish " No Se " . When I placed my order and asked if she could at least tell me how long for our food, she went to the back to ask and stayed talking to the cooks. Completely ignored me. When she gave me my daughters food she slammed the food on the counter. I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. Clearly she must have forgotten that her name would show on the receipt. I will be taking this up with corporate. I don't understand how they can have someone as rude and unprofessional working with the public. VERY VERY VERY POOR...
Read moreI called to place an order the girl who picks up the phone is mumbling and you can barely hear her. She takes my order and I let her know I will be there to pick up the order at 11:40am. She says okay it will be ready. I get to the place at 11:42am and the really short girl with long hair is completely disinterested in helping any customer. I tell her I’m here to pick up my order and she informs me it’s not ready. I explain I placed the order over 30 minutes ago and you told me it would be ready. She caught an attitude and said well do you want it or not? This is not the right attitude to have with customers. She was as disinterested and disengaged in person as she was over the phone.
