Came here for my father-in-law's birthday dinner off of a recommendation. Upon entering, it's on the smaller size but comfortably spaced out, nicely decorated, on par with just about any Peruvian restaurant in the area. After ordering 3 pitchers of chicha morada, we waited about 15-20 minutes for cups so we could actually drink lol. We had to ask for 2 clean cups after receiving visibly dirty ones, while others made due and wiped theirs down with a napkin, feeling bad to ask for replacements. For the longest, it was just our party slowly filling out, a large group of 12, until another party of 3 walked in. The entire time, it was one single waitress running back and forth seemingly doing everything herself because the "blonde" lady who I'm assuming was manager was too busy hanging out with her friend for their birthday.

They spent the whole time sitting at the "bar" that doesn't serve any drinks (it's BYOB btw), just talking amongst themselves as if no one's in the restaurant. To the point where my cousin literally went to use the bathroom and awkwardly overheard the single waitress crying from being overwhelmed. The manager only left from behind the "bar" to step out with the birthday girl to grab a smoothie next door. Never once made rounds to check on any patrons. Never communicated with her employee. Just overall really poor behavior for a supposed manager. Once birthday girl left, some guy came in and sat in her place to continue keeping the manager "busy", chatting her life away.

The food however, was great. I got the Pollo A Lo Pobre and I enjoyed it very much. We also got some calamari for appetizer which was good, also came with some pieces of fried yucca. Deliciously prepared with rather generous portions for the price. Unfortunately there was a noticeable break after the first half of entree orders came out. Another 15-20 minutes for the rest of the table to get their plates. My brother-in-law waited a good 30-40 minutes for his plate from the time the initial plate came out. What are these ticket times? Lol

The only napkins we ever got were the small beverage napkins. This should've been telling for the issue I'd run into in the bathroom. It was fine, mostly clean, but why are we leaving a roll of single-ply toilet paper on the wet counter for people to dry their hands with? Are we too busy hosting a lonely, one on one birthday party to stock a bathroom with paper towel? My wife also told me that there was one stall in the women's room that was stocked with toilet paper. Maybe the wet roll in the men's room was taken from one of the women's stalls. Who knows?

Overall, I'd say the food is great, the service is terrible. Not too sure if I'll ever find myself back here considering how many great Peruvian restaurants there are all around the area. Hopefully your experience is better than mine. A proper manager running this place would help elevate this place to the next level. Until then, I'll just...

I had the pleasure of dining at Buenaaazo, a Peruvian restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations. The food is authentic, prepared with fresh ingredients that highlight the richness of Peruvian cuisine.

The service was exceptional—Karen, our server, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Her recommendations were spot-on and elevated our experience even more.

What impressed me most was witnessing the owners themselves actively engaged in the restaurant, from cleaning tables to assisting guests. The teamwork and positive atmosphere among the staff create a warm and welcoming environment that’s hard to find.

Overall, Buenaaazo is a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for genuine Peruvian flavors paired with outstanding...

Went for my father in laws birthday dinner it was 14 of us including kids and the food was amazing! Food portions great. The customer service was beautiful and attentive. I already want to go back for more! Of all the Peruvian restaurants we’ve been to in the area this by far is the best one. We had the lomo, ceviche mixto, ceviche de pulpo😍 my fav… causa de pollo, milanesa de pollo, chaufa de marisco, tallarín, parihuela and jalea. The milanesa with 3 sides was awesome and the meat was so juicy 10/10 highly recommend! I’m getting another lomo this weekend I loved it so much! You guys are doing great for recently being open an awesome...

Food was excellent and the atmosphere was welcoming. We went for my mom’s birthday and upon finding out, the owner surprised us with a tres leches cake. The lomo saltado was perfectly seasoned and cooked on the wok, the causa acevichada was delicious, and the ceviche was fresh and not overcooked. The trio marino (not pictured) had generous portions and was very good. If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out!
