Awful. Awful. Awful Experience. These other reviewers must be getting paid or get some sort of discount for the positive remarks, because in truth, this place is terrible. DO NOT take your pet there. I recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for my 1 year old Saint. I had an appointment set and even showed up ten minutes early. A half an hour of waiting later, the last five of which were a cacaphony of barking because in that time now three dog were there waiting for a room, I got up and left. I told the receptionist that I was just going to leave. I told her that I had been waiting 30 minutes and I've have never had to wait that long at any previous vet I've been too. I said this is a horrible first impression and I will just find another vet. She simply looked at me and said, "Ok, sorry. Have a nice day." She made no attempt to see if they could get my dog back or anything. Almost like they didn't even want me or my dog there and were just waiting for me to leave. Horrible way to treat a patient, whether just a dog or not. Please please please avoid this place at all costs. DO NOT believe the positive reviews. DON'T take your animal here, especially if you are new, because they obviously don't want...

Absolutely the best veterinarian.clinic I have been to. I have been coming to them for almost 8 years for my cats and now my pups. They treat us like family they love both my boys Bruce and wade both. As I am sure they love all the little fur babies that come into this office. Staff is Amazing they take time to talk to you to make you and your fur baby feel at home and welcome and safe. All doctors and vet tech are so very informative and caring. I can not say enough to tell you how greatful and relieved I have found a wonderful place like this to help me with my little French bulldogs health problems. They have help me so much with him that I believe we are on right track for him. Again I am so very pleased and grateful for this office and all their staff. I hope you can ignore the post from Steven Bice. I didn’t appreciate his malicious and untrue statement of your veterinarian business. You have been providing excellent care to all of out pets for over 20 year. All of your veterinarians are graduates of OSU Veterinary college which is one of the best ranked in the US.

The facts are: Vet visit #1: Mr. Bice allowed his cat to drink out of his fish tank thinking it was cute and it incurred a parasitic infection. Your office provided a good assessment and medicine for this. I paid for this appointment!

Vet visit #2: Vet assessed cat again. Diagnosis is belly is bloated from cheap cat food and Vet also provided needed immunizations. Again his mother paid for it!

Two vet visits and Mr. Bice didn’t have a dime invested in his pet’s care.
