Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pataskala

This is prolly the worst food/customer service ever. So for starters my mom and nieces go there today to get dinner. A few customers was questioning their receipt they was charged for drinks on top of the meals they bought. Then my mom looked at hers and the same was wrong with hers. Well she gets home and they literally put like 8 little potato’s in each cheesy potato bowl and barely anything in the tacos meat or veggies pretty much just a shell. Then I look at my moms receipt and it shows she spent close to 100 dollars! She was way overcharged for stuff she didn’t order. When she called the manager “who clearly don’t know his job” was rude right off the bat. He did not tell her his name or give her a number to call someone over him. He basically said he don’t care and he didn’t care to work at Taco Bell then hung up. They pretty much robbed my elderly mother of 40 to 50 dollars. We will never go back to this place. If u was at Taco Bell on 5/6/23 and u have ur receipt u may wanna check it cuz there’s no telling how much they over charged...

Good place to start a fast food business. Three visits in one week and Tuesday it was 12:50 Am and was told they were closed so Wednesday the next night I show up at 12:05 Am and the employees are outside telling me they are closed due to no product. So I give up and wait till the following week and show up on a Wednesday I think it was and its 12:15 am as I place my order at the speaker outside I hear them laugh and say we are closed and I say why its not 1am yet and they tell me they closed early for maintenance which I noticed the service van that pulled in ahead of me. I get off late and this is one of the few choices in town that is open late...but now I think the kids working inside close early or when they feel like closing. I now stop on Broad street in Reynoldsburg or Columbus because I know they run a little more professional type restaurant and they will be open till the posted time. Every single time I have got food from this Taco Bell it has been either totally incorrect, old/stale, or both. I have worked at a Taco Bell before, I know what chalupa shell, that have been left out too long and then used instead of thrown away and remade like they’re suppose to, feels and looks like. This place seems to not mind selling food that’s been sitting out for hours. They even fail on the most simple things. I’ve been trying to get their newest slushee since it came out, every single time I have tried to get it they charge me for it, and then give me a plain strawberry slushee (all without telling me if they don’t have anything for it or not so it makes me believe its truly the employees not paying enough attention to the orders coming in) a couple times here and there I can understand, Working fast food sucks and it’s hard, but when it’s every single time over the course of 4+months?
