Food is good. However staff takes forever to make food. Drivethrough can order however many subs they want and clogg up the inside. Should limit 1 or 2 subs in drive thru per car. Had a 30 minute lunch break and spent 23 of it in that store because a car came through and ordered 4 subs before mine got started a few weeks ago. Tried again today and paid $18 and change for a steak and cheese footlong and a dozen cookies. Staff is usually nice but today i must have gotten a new girl to check me out because i asked for a dozen chocolate chip cookies. She said " what?". I then had to repeat myself 3 times before she said "oh! U want 12?!" I was very irritated. The only reaaon I eat here anymore is my weekend lunch breaks. And even then its only because its probably the healthiest thing to eat in pataskala. I love my city but this subway needs to either rehire a new staff or try sending someone new to train the staff they have. It has taken me forever to get through lines ( which i understand... I work in service too) but when i get treated poorly, i dont appreciate it at all. I would be having a serious conversation with my general manager if i spoke to a client the way i was spoken to today.

I come to subway with my kids every week and our order seldom changes: ham, turkey, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, extra olives, extra pickles, extra green peppers.
Three out of four weeks they forgot 1-4 of the ingredients. Once they forgot half the ingredients I asked for and gave us onions??
Weâve been going here for months now, and all the sudden this past month alone nobody can get this order right via drive thru. I make sure I say the order VERY slowly and repeat myself twice to make sure nothing is forgotten. And still, every time, something is forgotten.
Please start having your employees slow down and focus on what theyâre doing. I worked in fast food once upon a time too and I know how stressful it can be when the lines pile up and thereâs orders going left and right plus trying to restock and get prep done. I really appreciate that I can get a wide variety of veggies on my sandwich, in fact I usually get them all! The staff in the Pataskala store is usually quite friendly and efficient. On my most recent trip, there were several people ahead of me plus a busy drive -thru, but my wait time was not bad. That even with the guy ahead of me ordering six sandwiches, all of them different!
