United States Postal Service — Local services in Pataskala

I came into the post office yesterday- to apply for an expedited passport. Unfortunately the store is understaffed, and they weren’t able to accommodate walk-ins during the designated hours. However Amie was so kind. She's offered to at least take my photo, since I was already dolled up. Fast forward to today, I’m back for my appointment, and realize I’m missing one important document. She pointed me to the BMV so I could obtain it, and said she’d be at work until 2:30. Well, I rushed back with two minutes to spare- fully expecting to be asked to reschedule (which I would have understood). Amie saw me, remembered me by name, and said she’d be right with me as soon as she wrapped up with another couple (which ended up taking about 20 minutes). So all together, she ended up staying an extra THIRTY FIVE MINUTES after she was scheduled off work, to help me. Words can’t express how grateful I was for that. I understand that it is Christmas time, and the post office is crazy right now. I work at a FedEx warehouse so I deal with processing them all, so I get it…. But I had a package that was not delivered and was left a redelivery slip. The slip claimed the item needed a signature, which it did not (I contacted seller and they confirmed I did not need a signature). So I requested a redelivery for the following day and filled out the slip and put it in my mailbox. Come today, my other packages were delivered, slip was still in the box and the package that was supposed to be redelivered is nowhere to be found. So now, I can not schedule another redelivery even though this is mail deliveries fault for being lazy. And I have to take the time out of my 60hr work week to come pick it up myself. Lived here for 3 years, this post office constantly delivers our stuff to the wrong houses in the neighborhood just because there's some similar street names and numbers. Then when I go into this post office in person 3 days ago to find the latest package they've lost they tell me they will look for it and call me which they never do. Then today I go in and they finally admit it probably got delivered to a different house because " there's just too many addresses like yours". Yet for some reason Amazon never has any issue at all getting the right packages to the right house's. Craziest thing about it is we got our mail on the same day this last package was supposed to be delivered like how does that...
