I was in desperate need of my MacBook Air 2020 screen fix. My actual tech store wasn’t able to get the screen i needed in a timely manner.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So walking on the same street as my trusted store I see a familiar face at this location and decided to trust the business. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️First of I was told my laptop would be fixed that day at a fair price.⭐️⭐️⭐️I ended up paying twice the price giving. ⭐️⭐️Also was convinced to get the whole entire screen changed even though my front screen was cracked. Picked up my laptop they didn’t have it charged for me to see it’s working ⭐️ therefore I purchased a charger at a nearby store. They screen came on everything looked fine. Shortly after using my laptop I noticed my battery died rather quickly. Wasn’t a problem prior to the fixes. Then my FaceTime showed a black screen on my end. Here’s when if I could i would give negative stars. The whole screen turned black. I reached out to the tech he stated he no longer works there and I don’t have a warranty to even after being told I would have at least six months if something was to go wrong. So about 4 months in only using my laptop a handful of times I had to take my laptop to my trust tech and get shown my battery isn’t the original and my screen front and back isn’t the proper screens and had missing screws 😒 save your time,laptop, and battery do not trust this store. I do not recommend anyone to do business here!! I brought my phone to fix a cracked screen. I paid almost $60 for the repair. They returned my phone with a new problem. My phone screen was black and I couldn't see anything. I went back to the store to show the repair tech, and he tells me my phone was fine when he gave it back to me. Just keep in mind that not even an hour went by and it had an issue. Instead of them fixing it or returning my money, they told me there's something else wrong. This store does not value their customers. Instead, they tried offering me a new phone line from there store boost mobile. That was the only way they would apply a credit of $60 from what I paid. They are very rude about how they deal with their customers. They make it seem like the problem is yours and to deal with it after they damage your device. They don't care but they will...

I took in a iphone to have the battery replaced and after the tech changed the battery he handed me back an Iphone with a none working home button. I mentioned to the tech that the phone was working fine when I handed it over to him and that the only issue was the battery. He then mentions to me that he cant do anything about it as he only changed the battery. I would give this place negative stars for the way that they dont care about their customers. I would stay far away from this rip off store. If you dont want your phone broken I would go to another store and not ever do business with these...
