STAY AWAY Placed an online order at 5:45pm, by 7:00pm I had yet receive my order. I called restaurant and was told that online system was down and order was delayed, however staff member who attended my call was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful even considering the fact that I'm very fluent in Spanish for which by the way staff at this place is incompetent with the English language. I still gave noches the benefit of doubt and continued to wait while starving for my food I had ordered and at 8:22pm I received a call from a rude individual at noches stating that the delivery guy had already came to my address and rang my doorbell the individual also stated that the phone number and address I provided were incorrect. None of this made any sense to me as I did not receive phone call nor heard doorbell being rang by the delivery person, I never received my order and made individual on phone aware of the matter and I was given a bitter attitude for which they weren't willing to "re-deliver my order" that was already paid for!
My online order # was 58536 in the amount of $49.28 and I'm filing a dispute with my bank to be refunded. Honestly Iāve been ordering here for quite a long time and havenāt had a bad experience until today. Iām very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered online and when i got home i noticed the wrong chicken in my dish. I called to inform them of the mess up and was rudely told i was a liar for 8 minutes! I ordered breaded chicken (pechuga a la columbiana) as described on the website when i online ordered, i was sent grilled chicken. I pulled up the online ordering system and read word for word what i ordered (breaded chicken) and was told repeatedly that it didnāt say breaded chicken. They refused to take the blame. Instead i drove 20 minutes back to the restaurant to show them in person. Only after that they said āoh well i donāt know why it says that in the description because it always comes with grilled chickenā. I donāt appreciate the fact that i was called a liar and had to drive 20 min back to get a $11.95 refund because they made a mistake. Next time how about you look at the online ordering system YOU SET UP and just admit you made a mistake. If you visit at least 3 times, the staff will greet you as if theyāre greeting an old friend. It was taken care of in a heartbeat. Once I ordered a drink. Got the wrong one and instead of taking it away, they went and got me the right drink, and to rectify their mistake, offered me that drink (the one I wasnāt supposed to receive) for free.
