Banana King — Restaurant in Paterson

Worst FIRST TIME experience ever!!! They all act like they dont wanna work. Giving attitude when i asked for a piece of bread with cheese to be heated up because it was given to me cold. Came back with it and it was still cold. So i asked to heat it up again and they took very long to give it back and checked various customers bags to check if someone put it in thefe. Mind you. Lol i already had taken a bite out of it.

THEN, i found a hair in my drink! A place known for their drinks and they cant even keep the blenders and stuff clean. They were also gonna charge me more money to get another drink with coconut and pineaplle and she said she had to charge me more when the sexist bi*ch at the register already took my order and i already paid for it. but i wasnt having that. Then they said in spanish thinking i wont understand, " theres always something in the drinks". Ew what kind of place is that. Never again...

So the problem was the staff. I got there to pick up my order at the estimated time (it said: your order is ready for pick up), I asked one of the employees for my PICKUP order. She looked at it and proceeded to look around for it (or so I thought). She checks some orders behind her and then takes off, but she says nothing to me. I could see it was busy so I just waited there for 10 MINUTES (again order was ready for pickup before I got there). Everybody proceed to get their orders and leave. I asked again a different employee and to my surprise my order was indeed ready when they said it was. The first employee that I tought was looking for my order, did absolutely nothing. The order was siting there the whole time before I got there and after the unnecessary 10 minutes I spent there. I like Banana king, but im glad you guys have other locations, because I’m not coming back to the Madison...

On 6/14 at 12:39 am I visited this location. Usually my experience at banana king is amazing. This time, it wAs very disappointing. I had to go to the restroom really bad and there was an out of service sign. I saw one of their employees go use the restroom. Shortly after, I asked to use the bathroom as I waited for my food. The woman making the shakes said I couldn’t use the restroom. I asked her why not if I just saw her use the restroom, she said the difference was that she worked there and I didn’t. The fact that even though I’m spending over $60 and waited 45 min for my food wasn’t worthy enough for them is extremely disappointing, I understand if I was not spending any $ the establishment but the fact that I was and not allowed to use the restroom while I waited almost an hour, makes me not even...
